Amazing beach home only steps from the beach. This home boasts water views from every window and includes the sound of crashing surf and ocean breezes. Only steps to Mother's Beach, the well-known K.B.I.A (see link) and a short stroll to Gooch's Beach. Minutes to Kennebunkport, golf, tennis, and excellent restaurants. This home is summer & beach living at its finest.

The home consists of five bedrooms: a queen-size master with en suite bath (shower only), two additional queen-size bedrooms, and a bedroom with two twin beds. Additionally, there is a small first floor bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Recently renovated kitchen & pantry. Enjoy a screened-in porch as well as a sunroom. A yard with beautiful gardens welcomes summer games and family fun.
