We welcome visitors to our comfortable, clean condo with updated kitchen and tastefully furnished bedrooms and baths. While sitting on the balcony you are just above the meandering lake that runs though the property. Tennis courts are beautifully maintained as are the grounds and the swimming pool. Come to the beach, relax and unwind! What a great vacation spot!
Monthly winter rates are low and negotiable and include all utilities and Florida taxes.

We have enjoyed staying here for the past two winters. The owners are fantastic, and the condo is all anyone could ask for. The people we've met here are the friendliest we.ve met in 12 years coming to PC Beach. Don't even think about Jan. & Feb., (we plan to be back!) but we recommend any other time!!Recommended for: Age 55+.

Why the Owner Chose Sugar Beach:
This is a great property for family vacations, very safe and secure with an inside courtyard. No waiting on elevators here, parking is right outside your door with an easy walk up to the condo. Conveniently located to restaurants and activities. Walk across the street to Hammerhead Freds, Ms. Newby's, Mellow Mushroom or Subway. We are 8 miles from Pier Park and the main baseball complex.
