  This house more than lives up to its description and photos. We ended up spending a lot of our time in Laguna Beach in the house - even with all that the area has to offer - because it's such a comfortable, beautiful, private place to relax. We're trying to figure out how to get back to it before too long!

  This house was even more beautiful and charming than the pictures show. Our family enjoyed hours of fun with the pool table and relaxing in the well-maintained garden. The beds were extremely comfortable, especially the large one in the exquisite master suite. We were surprised to find that the small beach just a couple blocks away was one of the most gorgeous ones we had ever seen; we even saw dolphins and seals swimming there. We had a perfect getaway and only wished it had lasted longer. I highly recommend spending a few days--or a few months--at this wonderful home. Also, the owner returned my security deposit within a week, and arrival and departure was a breeze.

  Having just returned from a delightful stay at this gorgeous home in Laguna Beach, I can say I will definitely stay there again. Julie is a delight to deal with on the property and she gave us a great introduction to the home and the area. The house is a stunning example of the best of the Spanish / Mexican style of the region - it has been tastefully decorated and is beautifully maintained. The three patios and the large enclosed private garden added significantly to the enjoyment that we took in staying around the house, but when we chose to venture out of the house, we were steps from one of the nicer quiet beaches, and two miles up the PCH from the more active, buzzing Aliso beach. The best of all imaginable worlds at this quiet and relaxing retreat. The fully stocked kitchen made sure when we did stay in that the pantry meant we only had to get the freshest ingredients at one of the many nearby options, and the nearby restaurants (specifically La Cirena - a MUST visit for their fish tacos) made our stay easy and delightful. The house was really well laid out and the entertainment system was easy for all to use which gave us many options for what to do in the evenings since we were travelling with a baby. In summary, a great house, on a quiet street near everything with a friendly, available hostess to welcome you to the area.

  We had an amazing time here. The house exceeded our expectations in beauty, size and amenities. The location was awesome, with beautiful views and surroundings. We stayed one week which wasn't long enough! All beach items were provided and made our quick walk down to beautiful Table Rock Beach, more convenient. The patios and and amazing weather made it hard to spend time indoors, but we really enjoyed the pool room! Julie was more than accommodating with questions prior to and after arrival, with very quick response time. I would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation and hope to return next year!

  We rented this home for Memorial Day weekend. The house's description and photos were great, but quite frankly, one can only understand how beautiful and well appointed this home is in person. It's incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. It took us all of 5-10 minutes to walk down to Table Rock Beach, which was breathtaking. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly appointed and the house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Evenings on the terrace were particularly my favorite, especially at sunset with a glass of wine. Oh, and to top it all off, Julie was amazing and so comfortable. Even my kids who generally shy away from new faces loved her :). We will definitely be returning to this beautiful destination.

  This was a fantastic home located in South Laguna Beach. Equipped with everything including beach gear. The outdoor spaces were well maintained and the ocean and hillside views from the second floor balcony made it a Laguna gem. Nice neighborhood and surroundings. Our stay was memorable!

  We stayed in this house for 5 nights as a family of 6 including 4 children between the ages of 10 and 17. After staying in a few houses using this site, and encountering one that was disappointing it was comforting that this house was jsut fine. The most important thing seems to be getting what you expect both from photos, other reviews and cost. This house does tick those boxes. It is located in a beautiful part of California, well equipped, very comfortable and as the photos depict. Julie was most accommodating and next time we will visit in the warmer months to make better use of the close by beach! We also used this as a base for Disneyland and other parks and found the drive not overtaxing. In fact it was good to come back to a nice house after a day out. See Your Review

  spent a lovely Labor Day 2011 week with our son and his family at this terrific home. the house was even more delightful that it appeared in the photos. very nicely furnished and many wonderful outdoor areas for entertaining. we felt right at home the minute we walked in. close to beautiful Table Rock beach, but be willing to climb steps on the way back! just can't wait to return to this unique property.

  We came to Laguna Beach for a wedding and decided to make it a family vacation. With two teens in college and one in high school this beautiful home had enough space for all of us and more. The grounds around the home are lush and private. The interior is truly right out of a movie. Large radius doors lead to good size bedrooms downstairs and a huge great room. The living room and kitchen upstairs flow comfortably out to a large patio that offer a beautiful ocean view. The upstairs master bedroom is large with its own balcony… My wife and I loved the master bath with its retro feel and plenty of space for both of us. The beach access is very close and relatively easy to get to. Be prepared to walk some stairs. If given the chance we would love to come back to this incredible home.

  This house was amazing. Everything about it just screamed luxury. It was well worth our money. The master bedroom is like something out of a magazine, with a huge bathroom and it's own patio—very romantic. The two bedrooms downstairs were perfectly comfortable and another person can easily speel in the pool/TB room because its leather couch is super-duper comfy, as well. Both of the downstairs bedrooms has easy access to the lower-floor shower, which has two shower heads! It felt like showering at the Ritz! Both also had sliding-glass doors opening onto the back yard, which was by far the best part. The backyard is huge with incredible plants and flowers. Perfect for hosting backyard dinners or gatherings. The second-floor balcony overlooking was great, too, with a view of the ocean. The upstairs common area was spacious, with a great Bose stereo system and a very functional kitchen with a bar. Also, LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This house is justa couple blocks from stairs leading down to a very nice, secluded beach. There's also a great little cafe and some stores nearby. You'd be a fool not to rent this house.
