A beautifully appointed apartment in the prestigious 'Alcazaba' development, within walking distance of Puerto Banus Marina, Beach, and the many high class restaurants. 24 hour reception and security service. 30 major golf courses all within easy reach. We can give you a contact for car hire. This apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years.

Linen and towels changed weekly. Daily maid service available if required. Cot available upon request, a fold up bed can be used at an extra charge. Food parcels available on arrival -payable at rental office. This is our own apartment not a package style one. Everything has been considered to make your holiday home from home. we have been renting for 6 years and use the apartment ourselves. If possible we may be able to e-mail you more photographs.

PUERTO BANUS...... One of the worlds most famous harbours, providing sophisticated dining along with live entertainment and discos. The many attractions are within 100m-200m away. It is a place of constant buss from mid morning until the early hours, yet the apartment and complex is away from it all. You are only a short stroll from Cort Ingles- a large department store all under one roof.

LA ALCAZABA.....A complex of 187 in 27 blocks each of 7-8 apartments per block covering an area of 35,000sq.m. within walking distance of marina and restaurants. A major feature is the award winning gardens which are admired and enjoyed by occupants and visitors alike. The development is home to 'Trader Vic's' famous restaurant offering Polynesian cuisine.A new Health Club has opened in the complex and can be used by you for a small fee, i.e. 30 euro for 3 days.

We traveled with my brother and his wife who were both keen to purchase some property in Marbella/ Puerto Banus Region. We got a good feel about the place and began to look ourselves for some apartment. We ended up buying 2 . El Manantial in Elviria Marbella and la Alcazaba in Puerto Banus

    • Had A brillant time here. Apt was a home from home. Gardens beautiful and quiet. Kids enjoyed large pool and staff at pool resturant were friendly .Within easy walking distance of the marina, resturants and shops. Would stay again

    • I would like to say that this apartment is absolutely fantastic. Sparkling clean, in a fantastic surrounding (beautiful actually) and in the best area in that it is literally a 4 minute walk to the heart of Banus but those 4 minutes are enough for the situation of the apartment to be quiet. The fact that Trader Vics is in the same complex is a huge plus as well. There were no hiccups at all and we had a fantastic time...

    • This place is incredible! It's beautiful, secure, and a perfect base for touring practically all of the Costa del Sol. Tons of affordable golf close by. A 5 minute walk into Puerto Banus so you don't have to drive to dinner. Tons of unique restaurants within walking distance. And the most spectacular port you've ever seen. We stayed 2 weeks 3 years ago. Love it so much, we went back for a week this past fall. It's an absolute gem and a find!
