The large mudroom is equipped with washer/dryer and a half bath. The impressive fireplace, stretching thirty feet, graces the sunken living room and is the focal point of the Great Room. The dining room table seats ten people and the kitchen bar has room for another five. The large deck comes complete with built in table; the private beach and pier make this one of our most desirable units for large groups. Everything in this house is first class and you won’t be disappointed with its “new world” charm.
