This South Forest Beach ground floor corner unit is only a short walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean Beach. Also, located within walking distance are many fine/casual restaurants, Coligny Shopping Center, Bi-Low grocery store, miniature golf, and other activities. The Island has more than a dozen public golf courses within a short drive from the villa. Many unique shops and outlets stores are located on the island and just across the Island bridge.
The 3-Bedroom Villa is beautifully decorated with a spacious open living room/dining room and kitchen area, 2 bedrooms with King beds, 1 bedroom with 2 Twin beds, and living room sofa converts to a Queen bed. Kitchen includes refrigerator, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Accommodates from 6 to 8 people. The Villa overlooks the courtyard and is just a few steps from the pool.
Guest are entitled to one hour free tennis court use per day at the famous VanDerMeer Professional Tennis Complex. Also, included free is the use of the Players Health Club. At the health club is an indoor pool, racquet ball court, sauna, exercise equipment, etc. Plus, free aerobic, yoga, and other exercise classes are offered at the center.
