Calafia Villas and Resort is located seven miles South of Rosarito Beach (KM34.5), approximately 40 minutes from the US/Mexican border.
Our new Calafia Tower II, two bedroom, two bath, 1500 sq ft oceanfront condo was completed in June 2007. The condo sleeps six - King size beds in both the master bedroom and guest bedroom, a queen size air mattress is also available. Enjoy expansive ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.
The kitchen is fully loaded and includes a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender - just bring your margarita mix. The condo is also equipped with a washer/dryer, two TV’s, DVD, VCR and Radio/CD player.
Tower II has a well-appointed lobby or lounge area that’s great for entertaining and has access to WiFi. It also boasts of an ocean view workout area. Other amenities off the lobby include two hot tubs, and steam and sauna are located in both the Men and Woman’s restrooms.
Calafia Villas and Resort is a gated community with 24-hour security. The resort has a large oceanfront pool and spa, clubhouse, barbecue area, secluded fire pit overlooking the ocean, shuffleboard court and an ocean front walk along the bluff with a sandy beach located just below.
Calafia Hotel & Restaurant located right next door is a must see. Perched on a cliff above the breaking waves, they boast of outdoor dining with fabulous ocean views, wedding chapel & services and hotel.
Rosarito, seven miles north has many excellent restaurants and shops including the famous Rosarito Beach Hotel.
Then there is Fox Exploration Studios, a mile North, La Roca Hotel & Spa, three miles South, Puerto Nuevo Lobster Village, five miles south, and many vineyards located nearby.
Golf at Baja Mar or Marriott’s Real Del Mar, both outstanding, well maintained and scenic golf courses located about 20 minuets in either direction.
