We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was the perfect size for our group -- 4 adults and 3 children. It is beautiful inside and out. The balcony overlooks the lazy river, which is where we spent most of our days. Then each evening we would sit on the balcony and watch the lazy river change colors while we played cards or just relaxed. One day the guys went deep sea fishing and we were able to cook what they caught. That was great. Then one day we grilled out by the bay -- also on our side just past the lazy river. Also, there are activities at the resort for the kids every day. Our kids looked forward to that every day. Its nice to have fun stuff just for them to do to break up the day. I would definitely recommend this condo and also hope to be able to get it again next year when we go. The owner is super nice too and very helpful. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!!!!

Mr. Hayes, We just returned from our vacation. My children and grandchildren loved the condo and especially the lazy river. Your condo met all of our needs . It is a beautiful condo. Thanks for sharing it with us. Only comment is to let future renters be aware not to place too much clothes in washer. It says heavy duty. But, if loaded like the heavy duty at home; it overflowed water on the floor. Thankful we were in the condo at the time. Cleaned up quickly with no problems . The management staff at Destin West were outstanding. Hope to rent from you in the future. Thanks, Kim

The owner of this condo is wonderful and has excellent customer service and communcation. The condo was great, exactly as pictured. The property is perfect for those who don't do the beach scene... the lazy river was awesome as well as the zero entry pool and waterfall pool. Highly recommended!

Visited 8/2009. Wow! The pictures do not do this place justice. The decor is lovely and we got the best deal possible by using VRBO. The bunk room is really like a 3rd bedroom. It is small but it has a door and it is not just a pass through to the bathroom. This unit is close to the elevator to take you to the beach walkway and it is positioned so there is no traffic going past the door. If you want to take the stairs one flight down to go to the pool, they are right outside the unit's door. The elevator is very close too. I'd rather stay here with a view of the bay and lazy river than on the beach. Being able to use the 5 pools was a bonus! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!
