Beautifully equipped and maintained Condo. The grounds are pristine and the complex very safe. We were there over New Years, and pleasantly surprised to see fireworks right on our beach at midnight. Overall the facility is quiet, and an easy 10 minute walk to Paradise Village and the Mall. We would definitely opt for the PV privileges next time, but since we were on a private boat for two day long outings, we just hung out at the beach and condo pool the other days. The owners were very pleasant to work with, and we would recommend this Adult unit to couples or families with older children.

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Great Last Minute Vacation !!

I took a "last minute" trip to Vallarta with my family (wife, 2 daughters and in laws). The condo was perfect for all of us. We really enjoyed the beach !! We even had the opportunity to grill at one of the pool side palapas and if you are not in the mood for cooking you can eat at the beach club. The location is perfect, near to restaurants and shopping mall in Nuevo Vallarta. Also, there is a place almost next door that let baby turtles free twice or three times a week, my daughters really liked "setting them free". All the personnel at Playa Royale is very nice and helpful, great service !! Thank you very much Martha for letting us use your piece of paradise !!

Just Perfect

This was our first VRBO rental, and it was absolutely perfect for our family vacation over Christmas. The condo itself is very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The grounds and pools are secure, gorgeous and meticulously cared for. We really enjoyed the southern exposure of the deck on this unit, providing sunshine all day and a view of the pools and beach. Friendly, helpful staff, and the best overall beach I have experinced, espcially for walking. The owner, Marta, was very responsive and pleasant to work with. We'll be back!

This was our first time to Nuevo Vallarta, after several years to Cancun, and the Playa Royale's condo's are truly wonderful. The owner (Marta) was great to work with and very accomodating. The beaches are by far better than Cancun has been lately.We enjoyed plenty of chairs to relax in the sun (no need to get up at 6:30 A.M. to reserve a chair). The employees and guests are very friendly. We hope to be able to return and stay here again. Thanks

We just returned from 5 nights in Nuevo Vallarta with our 2 tweens. We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful, spacious condo. Wireless was recently added and it was so nice to remain "plugged in". We enjoyed the beaches and pools and even though our weather was spotty, the kids were on the beach daily rain or shine. We loaded up on groceries from the new Walmart nearby, ate at Fajita Republic 2 x and enjoyed the Canopy River tour (extremely well run operation, we highly recommend this!) Thanks Salcedo's for a memorable vacation!

We stayed here with our 2 grown boys. We all loved it. The condo and the view were incredible. The pool and bar area is fabulous and the staff very friendly. The long stretch of beach is great! The Paradise Village area was very nice with an easy walk to the little shopping center and access to the taxi's and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when going to Nuevo Vallarta.

The four of us, my brother, his wife, my husband and I greatly enjoyed the nine days we stayed in your condo in Puerto Vallarta. We liked the way you put it together. Every room is nicely decorated and everything looked well taken care of. The kitchen had all the necessities to make a nice meal. I loved being able to do our laundry in house. Our favorite place was the balcony where we played cards, read, enjoyed the wonderful view, or just sat in contemplation of our good luck to have found such a nice place to escape from the long and cold Midwest winter. I definitely recommend your condo to anyone who wants to have the right place to spend their vacation.

This was our first time to Nuevo Vallarta and the Playa Royale's condo's (especially yours) are truly "the" best in the area. The owner (Marta) was great to work with and very accomodating. The long white sand beaches are by far better than Puerto Vallarta. Playa Royale is a very secure area with pools and beaches being very convenient,clean, with plenty of chairs to relax in the sun (no need to get up at 6:30 A.M. to reserve a chair). The employees and guests are very friendly. I was also pleasantly surprised that Puerto Adventures has a location in Paradise Village where you can depart from (instead of a cab to Puerto Vallarta) and they have plenty of great activities and tours to select from. Nuervo Vallarta definitely has fantastic beaches and Playa Royale would definitely be considered a "FIVE STAR" condo.

Your condo is fabulous. We had such a great time. The view, the pool and especially the beach were perfect. We loved the spa and gym. Better facilities than in Napa Valley. We definitely recommend your condo to anyone who is looking for the perfect vacation.

We had a terrific time at the Condo. It is beautifully decorated and very convenient to the beach and swimming pools. Paradise Village had wonderful facilities available to us. We were able to go to the state-of-the-art fitness center and luxury spa, plus the many fine dining options. Thank you for a memorable experience. We would recommend it to anyone

Your condo is fabulous. We had an incredible time -- the beach, views and pool were perfect. The spa and gym facilities were more than we ever expected. Better than the Napa Valley.
