Our mid-October 2011 visit to your condo was wonderful. We would highly recommend it. It is well decorated, everything we needed, view is fabulous. We enjoyed seeing the Branson Belle come up on the far right and make a turn to go back. We loved Dogwood Canyon and would highly recommend enjoying a day there as well. We hope to be back in Fall 2012.

We loved your condo and the lake was beautiful. We walked the 6 mile roundtrip hike 2 days at Dogwood Canyon and really enjoyed that area. We even took the unpaved 2.4 mile hike on one of those days. This condo was perfect for our last-minute back-to-school getaway. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 5 (two adults, two tweens & a toddler) - just the right size and every amenity/convenience we needed was right there. The condo is clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to State Park Marina (boat rental), grocery stores and Branson. The sunset view from the deck is fantastic! We had a excellent relaxing getaway, and on the drive home, my kids were already planning the next visit. :-)

This review comes late, my apologies. My husband and I and family have rented Dana and Franks condo several times. We just love the view. It really is well maintainen and stocked with pretty much everything you need. The view really is breathtaking and we thoroughly enjoyed coffee on the balcony! There is such a peace about this place, that is why we always come back! Dana is great to deal with, she answers ALL questions and makes sure everything is taken care of. We have never had any problems, unlike some other places. We will be back! We will keep coming! Thank you for opening up your home to us!

My wife and I, along with our two grandsons, enjoyed our stay at your place immensely. Everything was clean and perfect, and we had such a wonderful time all around. Being situated on the lake, there was an inexplicable calming effect for the four of us. Even the weather cooperated to the fullest. I was surprised to hear that our fourteen-year-old's favorite thing in Branson was the "Ride the Ducks" tour, and I suppose that's due to the fact that he got to drive for a while after we splashed into the water. Your condo unit seems to be very well built and classy in appearance--far different from your run-of-the-mill vacation spot. My wife and I are particular about where we stay, so it is an understatement when I say that this "pig-in-a-poke" turned out to be a "real gem." Perfect getaway

The condo was situated right on the water and was very comfortable. The pictures provided were spot on and the owners provided helpful information on the local attractions, grocery stores, Branson shows, restaurants, etc. In particular my kids really loved one of their recommendations, Dogwood Canyon, located near the border of Arkansas. They loved the 2hr. tram ride and we came back the next day to do some fishing. We stayed 5 nights, and although the weather was a bit rainy and unseasonably cold, we all had such a good time. Thanks for making our stay so relaxing!

Perfect Getaway!!

We enjoyed this condo SO much!! The pictures do not do it justice!! It is very clean and very well taken care of, but the best part is when you walk through the front door and can see the view!!! The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans, etc. and it very spacious. This is a great place for couples or families. We stayed during the winter so we didn't get to enjoy any of the outside amenities, but are looking forward to returning again some time. The owners are very easy to work with as well, Money very well spent!!!

Beautiful

Our family of four enjoyed the beautiful decor and cleanliness of this home. We usually rent cabins, but selected this condo for the beautiful, panaromic lake view. Our kids enjoyed walking down to the lake and choosing unique-shaped rocks as keepsakes. The beds and furnishings were comfortable and the indoor, jacuzzi tub relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances in great condition. We enjoyed a night of homemade soup sitting outside at the balcony table listening to the lake and birds in the trees. This is one place that we would love to revisit. P.S. Although we used the outdoor gas grill, we would recommend that it be upgraded as it is quite rusty. We covered the grill with aluminum foil to avoid the rust and the steaks still tasted great.

We stayed in Dana's beautiful condo last weekend and the minute you step in the door you feel as if your home. The view is fantastic and if your looking for the perfect place to stay then you have found it here. The condo is only minutes away from Branson but it's far enough away from all the hustle and bustle that you are really able to relax. I only wish we could of made our stay a little longer. My husband and I spent five days at Emerald Point in late September and fell in love with the condo and the location. The views were wonderful, and the accommodations were comfortable and entirely as advertised. We had absolutely no complaints! Dana was great to work with and was immediately accessible by phone when we had a minor "glitch" while checking in. We LOVED the location with respect to the Branson area. It is easy to get to various activities and attractions via various routes uf that's your desire, but the condo is off the beaten path enough to stay as relaxed and remote as you wish. The nearby marina makes the location even better! We rented a boat for the afternoon; it was quick, easy and convenient -- within easy walking distance if one is inclined. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked to be in good condition and well kept. Very enjoyable. I bet we'll be back!

The VIEW - fantastic vacation condo

The condo is just beautiful. We arrived about 4 PM and my cell phone rang. It was the owner Dana checking to see if we had gotten in OK and if everything was to our satisfaction. That personal touch really made us feel welcomed into this beautiful home. The sunrise and sunsets on the lake are spectacular. In a gated community, the View is all that it promises. There is easy access to the many activities, entertainments and restaurants in Branson which is only a short 10 minute drive away. I highly recommend this beautiful property if anyone is planning a vacation or just a weekend get-away.

September on Peaceful Table Rock Lake

What a wonderful and restful condo for spending ones vacation. The condo itself is just beautifully decorated with a fantastic views of the lake. The sunsets were very special and each day we looked forward to that gift from the Divine Artist. This most comfortable space was just the ticket for a long awaited break from a long and busy year. -- The complex was extremely quiet this time of year and being a gated community afforded privacy and quiet. Being only a short way from Branson, it served as a great place for home base to all the shows, shopping and restaurants. -- Tucked away in the beautiful Ozarks - the View at Emerald Point is a WINNER. -- From her home in TX., the owner Dana Linner was fantastic. We got a surprise call the very day we arrived at the condo just to make sure every thing was all right and up to our expectations. I can't say enough about nice the condo was and how very welcoming and helpful Dana was - THANKS DANA. I would not hesitate to make a return visit to the View on Emerald Point. I would highly recommend the View to anyone on my friend who might be planning a trip to Table Rock Lake.

Perfect place to relax

My husband and I have visited Table Rock Lake before, but always stayed with relatives in a timeshare condo at Big Cedar. This summer, however, our vacation plans didn't coincide with our relatives, so we search for an alternative location on the lake. We were very fortunate to find this condo complex and especially this unit. The owners are very professional in their dealings, and have created a very welcoming environment for their guests. The unit is as beautiful as the photos show, and the lake view is nothing short of amazing. Being in a corner unit on the 3rd floor of the 4-level complex, and with the close proximity to the lake, we had a 180-degree view facing southwest. Either enjoying a quiet morning in the shade of the patio, or watching an amazing sunset in the bright light of late afternoon, it is surely a place to relax. Branson is only 15-20 minutes away, but we ate dinner at home more than in Branson - why waste a beautiful patio!

Wonderful Stay!!

Had a wonderful time at this condo at the beginning of June. The location is terrific!! You are literally ON Table Rock Lake with lake access. The view is amazing and sitting on the balcony was a real treat especially in the mornings and at sunset! The complex looks to be fairly new and it is a beautiful property just minutes from the the Branson attractions without being in the middle of the crowds. It was nice to be able to pop over to Branson Landing for dinner and shopping and we were only about 15-20 minutes to Silver Dollar City. The condo itself is beautiful with tasteful decor and kept in prestine condition. The pictures were all very accurate and I felt the condo was slightly bigger than the pictures showed which was a pleasant suprise!! We had plenty of room with 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen has any modern convenience you could need, the bedrooms are well appointed and both bathrooms are spacious; the master bath has a jaccuzi tub and a rather large shower stall. I loved the convenience of having a washer/dryer as well!! We were unaware at the time that we booked that there is actually a private marina (Emerald Point Marina) about 30 seconds away. It is that close, which is convenient if you have a boat or jetski. We rented a pontoon boat from the marina but the boat they rented us was so dirty the marina ended up refunding us half of our money. Be careful if you rent from Emerald Point that you ask to SEE the boat you are renting first! Other than that, if you are in need of local marina/boat docking-launching services, this condo is a perfect location. The condo's zero entry pool was wonderful as well. It has a nicely kept, shaded cabana/picnic area with a large grill and plenty of lounge chairs. (The condo also has a BBQ grill on the spacious patio) The entire complex is fairly small so there was never a crowd and both times we were at the pool we were the only ones using it! The pool was very clean and wasn't much deeper than 5 feet so it is perfect for kids. The grounds of the property are nicely kept. My parents were traveling with us and they kept praising me for my choice of rental and asking to make our trip to this particular condo an anual one! Renting from the Linners was easy and I would definately stay here again!!

This was our second time renting this condo and we plan to return again next summer! It has everything you could possibly want. The accommodations are beautiful inside and the view is spectacular! You feel like you are right on the water. We saw some of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen from the balcony. It is a very quiet condo with a relaxed atmosphere, yet in just a few minutes you can get to all the Branson attractions. We would highly recommend this condo!

Exceptional place. This is a corner mid level unit with fantastic views of the lake. The condo was in great shape. Clean and ready for us. Very close to the new Branson airport, away from traffic but close to the activities. Very convenient to the Hollister area and south side of the lake. We highly recommend this unit to anyone and plan to stay again ourselves!

Dana, We had a wonderful time while in Hollister and staying at your lovely condo! All the positive reviews your condo had received were right on the mark! What a wonderfully appointed condo, not to mention the beautiful views of the lake. We went to Dogwood Canyon on Saturday and walked the 6.2 mile trail. We loved seeing the various waterfalls, dogwoods in bloom, and being so close to nature. My husband and I stayed five nights in September, including Labor Day weekend. We've stayed in a lot of vacation condos in other areas and this is the best by far. It's exactly as shown in the photos and fully equipped with what you need during your stay. The view is tremendous, especially at sunset. The owners were so helpful and went out of their way to accomodate our travel schedule. Look no further than this to find the best place to stay in Branson.

This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. The condo had all the necessities needed. The lake view from the condo was absolutely amazing.You could see the lake from the kitchen, dining room, living room, as well as the balcony. It was great to be away from the business of Branson, yet not a very long drive to go do things in Branson if you so desired.

Dana and family, thank you for sharing your gorgeous lake front condo. Convenient to everything that is Branson and yet when you walk out on the deck and take in the 180 degree view the only hustle and bustle is of the boaters going by. The condo is very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. I can’t imagine how it could be better. We really enjoyed the variety of birds right off the deck while taking in those magnificent sunsets. I’ve been bragging about what a great place that I’ve found to all of my friends and family.

Our recent stay in the condo was wonderful! It was so clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The view was amazing and so relaxing! The beds were sooo comfortable and provided excellent sleeping for us each night. We did not want leave this lovely condo on the last day of our vacation but certainly look forward to staying here again. The condo owners were excellent to work with. Great condo, very spacious and comfortable. Decor very pleasing and tasteful. Great view of lake. Highly recommend.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and we just loved it. My mother who is from Michigan, where the weather has been so cold and she had snow almost everyday, just loved sitting at the dinning room table and looking out over the lake. The location was perfect and it was so nice and clean. It really was a home away from home for us. We will definitely remember you when we choose to go to Branson again.

Very clean and well maintained by the owners. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time in relaxing and enjoying the sites in Branson. This is a beautiful area. We were about 9 miles from the strip and the location of the condo made it easy to enter Branson from either end of the strip. Branson Landing was only minutes away and easy access to all areas. We highly recommend this Condo. The owners were very detailed with arrangements and made our stay very enjoyable. We will stay in this condo again on our next visit to Branson.
