Complete kitchen, gas stove, for the cooking aficionado.
Two queen size beds, one twin/day bed and a seven foot custom made down filled couch (wide as a twin mattress) to relax, nap or spend the entire evening on. There is a TV in the master, the living room and the room with the twin bed.
DVD player, cable and Wi-Fi are available.
A spring training fans dream. Less than 3 miles from the Padres and the Mariners, 7.7 miles from the Cardinals and Coyotes. Ten minutes away form Arrowhead mall, Sam’s, COSTCO & Wal-Mart. One block from “Restaurant row, (83rd Avenue) turn left and in 5 minutes you at The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Changs, Hooters, IHOP, Dave’s Bar-b-que and Elephant Bar just to name a few.
This home is one traffic light away from the 101 Freeway, which puts you 45 minutes from Sky Harbor and 35 to 45 minutes from Scottsdale and 40 minutes from the downtown homes of the Diamondbacks and the Phoenix Suns. Golf is everywhere, this is Arizona.
Stay and play for less than you would pay at a hotel, and not worry about those early check out times or “your room is not ready until after noon.”
