This 5th floor unit offers awesome forward and side views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand beach. The entire complex as well as this unit has been recently renovated. Inside this unit you will find access to high speed internet, a comfortable living area with plenty of sitting room including two recliners and a queen size sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has an eat-up bar. The master bedroom features a King size bed with pillow top mattress, dressing area, and full bath. There is a half bath in the hallway. Enjoy a snack or drink at the table on your private beachfront balcony or relax in the lounge chairs listening to the sound of the waves. On the breezeway there is a guest storage closet to hold your floats, umbrella's, beach chairs, fishing gear, luggage, etc...
Perdido Sun has a large beach side outdoor pool, indoor heated pool accessible from the lobby, hot tub, and fitness center. Located on Perdido Key, FL, Perdido Sun is near restaurants, churches, golf courses, fishing charters, public boat ramps and launches, state and national parks and only a short drive to the Naval Museum of Aviation at NAS Pensacola (Home of the Blue Angels), historic Pensacola and shopping centers including the Tanger Outlet Mall. My husband and I went down for our one year anniversary and had such a wonderful time. Pam was extremely nice and easy to work with. The condo was everything we could want, and it was very clean. It had an awesome view of the beach and ocean. My husband wanted to bring home the recliners. I have stayed at Perdido Sun in the past and it is such a great place to stay and relax. The property is very well kept and the staff couldn't have been any nicer. We can't wait to go back and stay there again! Thanks Pam!!!
