Stairway access to a sandy beach via a private gate in the complex. Open space behind the condo allows you to enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. Open space is however private property and is not accessible. All bedrooms are located on the second story.
The kitchen has recently undergone a complete remodel with new travertine flooring, hardwood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances!
Complex includes 4 pools, 2 tennis courts, Jacuzzi, exercise room, and adult lounge with fireplace overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunset views, all at no additional fee. 24 hour security staff is on the premises during the summer months.
Conveniently located just blocks from the Del Mar Race Track, 7 miles to Torrey Pines Golf Course, 14 miles to Legoland and Carlsbad Premium Outlet shopping, 20 miles to Downtown San Diego and the nation's largest urban cultural park, Balboa Park, and 33 miles to Harrah's Rincon Casino. Disneyland Parks in Orange County are 70 miles.
