Perfectly renovated in 2000 and refurbished with period pieces and modern comforts to comfortably host up to 6 guests, the apartment presents a large day area consisting in a spacious living room, with a sitting corner with two armchairs and a dining area with a large table for up to 8 guests, and an adjacent den with a couch, 2 armchairs and satellite TV.
The separate eat-in kitchen is perfectly equipped with all necessities including a microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine, and complete with a dining table for 4/6 people. Completing the picture of the day area is a large 70 square meter, fully furnished terrace overlooking the inner gardens, accessible from the main corridor, which boasts a lovely antique fireplace.
The sleeping quarters offer three bedrooms, the first being a 25 square meter double bedroom with windows, furnished with antiques which include an armoire and an Eighteenth Century chest of drawers, in addition to the double bed.
The second bedroom offers two antique twin beds, and the third bedroom offers a double bed and en-suite bathroom with stall shower. The main bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with overhead shower.
