This is a 5 year old house set on 1/2 acre in great island. The area is a summer community with minimal traffic and a lot of biking and walking. Numerous beaches are close by you can walk to fishing village and block island ferry.
The house is on a quiet side street and has a very relaxed feeling to it. There are 1 bed, bathroom ,dining ,living room and kitchen on top floor with a large mahogany deck and grill.
The second level has 3 bedrooms 2 bath and washer and dryer there is also a covered deck. The first level is entry and 1/2 bath.
