Our Seascape Villa is located in the Destin area on 500 beautiful acres with several spring-fed lakes on property and just across Old Highway 98 from the Gulf of Mexico, featuring crystal-white sand beaches and clear emerald blue water. Beach access is a short 10 minute walk. The surrounding area features numerous restaurants, a water park, amusement centers,and is located a short drive from numerous shopping areas.Silver Sands outlet mall is just a half mile.
We have on property 5 swimming pools (1 seasonally heated) for your enjoyment. The complex has 7 tennis courts and catch/release fishing on our fresh water Lake Stewart, all situated in the heart ofthe Destin/Beaches of South Walton area.

We happened upon this place while searching vbro and we are so glad that we did. It is exactly as pictured. The decor is very cute and the place was spotless. You couldn't ask for a better stocked kitchen with every possible appliance, dish or utensil you might need for a week's stay. The washer and dryer on the deck was a lifesaver. I figured we would have a laundromat at the complex, but it was right outside the door and included in our stay. This saved us a ton of money. Walmart is a few miles away and we could stock up on what we needed. Once we figured out where the public accesses were for the beach, it was only a 3 or 4 minute drive...don't let that bother you because you'll be happier driving to a beach that is a few minutes away rather than fight with the crowds at the condos that own beach front. We had a great time exploring other beaches to visit and loved driving 10 minutes toward Fort Walden where there were beaches had no condos nearby. John left a folder of menus and attractions that really helped us to decide where to visit on our trip. We also used a website called Urbanspoon to help with the decisions because Destin has a lot of overpriced restraurants. Don't fall into the tourist trap...check out the reviews on this site. The girls loved the pool being right outside our door and we enjoyed the bridge and the palm trees out back. John was available to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. I have already recommended this gated condo to our friends that are heading down and can't wait to go back. We highly recommend the Old Bay Steamers for crab legs and amazing service. La Famiglia is an Italian place on the 98 strip that looks like a rundown business from the outside and was amazing on the inside with one of the best family meals we ate when there (and the least expensive). Bubba Gumps and Fudpuckers were overpriced but entertaining, but towards the end of our trip we discovered Urbanspoon and used them to help us decide on placed to eat. We did have several meals at the condo and saved so much money that way. There were plenty of towels (we brought our own for the beach) and the kids loved having 3 televisions to watch what they wanted without a fight. Thank you for making this a memorable vacation and for letting us rent your place. I really can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

John, our family had the greatest time! We enjoyed our first trip to Destin so much, we didn't wanna return home! This condo had everything we needed for our vacation, not to mention...very clean, quiet and very cozy! Thanks for a great place to stay....can't wait to come back!!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
