We've been coming down to port aransas since 1991 and bought a few rental units to establish ourselves here. Our units are beautifully decorated and recently re modeled. Enjoy the Gulf of Mexico view, swimming , fishing, and a new Arnold Palmer designed Golf Course just down the road from us.

Family Getaway plus Comfort

We had a fantastic time in early June. Cooked all meals (the Guys did the cooking, and cleaning), picked up all provisions in Port Aransas IGA. Great prices and well stocked. The Condo is very comfortable. Washer and Dryer is a Plus! Fluffy Beds. Internet. Local Phone. Great Parking. And really great location on the beach. They even have outdoor grills for that steak. And, a dehumidifier near the mud room kept the condo cozy. Many choices of cookware, plates, etc. Even a coffee pot for the early risers. Very Clean condo. Helen was very easy to work with - we traded a few emails and she always had the correct answer. We recommend this place to all our friends, family, and neighbors. TOURISM: Woody's, Island Queen Fishing vessel, Dolphin tour is a must see. Went to the Art Galleries and the town museum. Since we cooked all meals we did not visit the resturants, BUT, their parking lots were full, so plan ahead. The Colbert family.

The condo was great! It is stocked with all the cooking supplies you need, plus there is a washer and dryer in the utility room! We had a great view of the beach, and the pictures accurately portray the condo in real life. There is a nice boardwalk that leads to the beach, so there is no need to worry about driving. In addition, Helen, the owner, was wonderful to work with. The kitchen is a good size for cooking, so instead of going out to eat we just made food every day. I wish we could have stayed one more day because it was such a blast! This condo is worth the money and I recommend it to anyone!

My wife and I and our three teenage daughters stayed in unit 308 and had an outstanding experience. The description and photos are just as advertised and dealing directly with the owner, Helen, was a pleasure. The condo is outside of town where the beaches have few people but is still very close to Port Aransas, Corpus Christi, and bay side activities. We enjoyed being right on the beach and the two swimming pools. The unit was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities (especially liked the in unit washer/dryer). My wife loved the seashore decor. Outstanding ocean view and the balcony was exceptionally large - much larger than any we've stayed at before. We highly recommend this property for any vacation or getaway.

We were very pleased with our stay in room 308. It was very comfortable and well maintained, and has a great view of the beach. The walk to the beach is a little long, but only if there is a lot of gear to carry. The boardwalk is in good shape so if you're just going to enjoy the beach for a short while it wasn't bad at all. The complex also has a lot of great amenities for the family. I would defintely recommend this place to others, and we are making plans to return again very soon.
