This 1386 square ft, 3 bedroom 2 bath condo will comfortably sleep 8 (2 queen beds, daybed with trundle and a sleeper sofa). Each bedroom features luxurious new bedding, flat panel LCD TVs and DVD players, large closets, ceiling fans and plenty of dressers. Both bathrooms feature granite countertops, new fixtures and plenty of fresh linens. The bright living room offers plenty of family seating to watch tv or movies on the DVD player. There is an adjoining sunroom with a tabby wall and large windows perfect for catching up on reading. The dining room features a new table and comfortable chairs. Everything in the kitchen is brand new - from the ceramic tile floors and granite countertops to the glassware and dishes. The condo also offers a full size washer and dryer. (This is a non-smoking and no-pets allowed condo). The unit is on the 1st floor and is all one-level. No stairs!
There are many amenities on site - a beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees, a tennis court , fitness center and a small playground for the little ones. There are outdoor grills for use on the property as well!

This condo exceeded our expectations by far! It was beautiful, meticulously maintained, and had such charm! The unit was located in a perfect spot that was very close to everything! For the price you simply cannot beat it! There was nothing the unit did not have. They supplied absolutely everything making this such an easy vacation! St. Simons is a paradise retreat! The island had something for everyone, and the beaches were so beautiful that we simply spent most of our hours hanging out there. The old oaks and the Spanish moss were so lovely and made for some wonderful photographs! The restaurants are far beyond what you would expect at a beach resort!!!! Barbara Jean's is an absolute not to be missed place if you love Southern cuisine! We went twice, and it was worth the wait for sure! 4th of May, Iguanas, Palmer's Village Cafe, and ZuZu's were just some of our favorites! Many had breakfast served late which is a big plus for our family. The public pool by the lighthouse along with the historic village shopping district added options beyond what we expected. Thank you so much for every detail being cared for from booking to our stay! We would love to return!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
