Sleeping Indian Lodge is completely remodeled with the comfort of our guests as our number one priority. The two unit Lodge nestled just below 14,197 Mount Princeton, with floor to ceiling windows on all sides every turn brings you another breathtaking view. Whether it's elk,deer, antelope, fox or bear grazing on the meadow grasses of the 15+ acres or drinking from the year round stream, you will experience peace and beauty without ever stepping outside. Colorado's #1 Hot Springs is just 1 mile from the Lodge. Enjoy the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere while you marvel at the stars. Whether you lease the upper or lower level, you will be comfortable and feel at home. Larger groups (10+) consider leasing both levels.
The fully equipped kitchen and large dining room will accommodate the largest groups or families. The 3 bedrooms are decorated in different themes and sleep 10 comfortably. With 3 separate sitting areas, everyone will find the space they need for reading, playing games, or keeping the young ones entertained. There is even a dog run with doghouse and it's own fire hydrant. We welcome you and your pets.

$225/night for 2 People in season, $200/night off season
Plus $10/Each Extra Person
There is a $200 Refundable Damage Deposit
An extra $25/Night Per Pet Plus a $75 Cleaning Fee will be charged.
You Will Also Be Charged an Additional $100 Refundable Pet Deposit.
Your deposit Will be forfeited it pets are found to have been on furniture or beds
