I have stayed there for the last three years and the owner (Frank) is great to work with, The room is beautifuly decorated and it is within walking distance to some great eating places. In fact I will be going again this year. This is a great place to stay!Recommended for: Age 55+.

WONDERFUL location!! had great communication with the owner from the time we booked until end of trip.! Most definatley renting this condo from the owner again soon!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

This unit was absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. The owner Frank was very personable and a pleasure to work with. We received a call from the owners the day we arrived making sure we were pleased with the unit. Thanks to Frank for making our vacation a VERY pleasant one. We will be contacting him in the future for other vacations to the Gulf.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

We vacation to PCB at least 2x a year and have been searching for the perfect place to stay on the beach… THIS is IT!! It was perfect for my family of 4 (2 kids 9 & 3), a very clean and beautifully decorated 4th floor condo, exactly as shown in the pictures with perfect view of beach. The resort is further down the beach, very quiet and peaceful. The covered parking garage was only steps from elevators and it’s easy access to pools and beach were even better. Frank, the owner, was very nice and made booking very easy and convenient. Looking forward to our next trip!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

A huge thank you to Frank for all your help setting up our rental on the condo. You were great to work with! The condo is fabulous, clean & so convient! Beach is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay! We will definatley return for another stay! One thing to improve the shower curtain in the master bath was full of mold. It really needs replacing. Otherwise immaculate!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

The condo was perfect. A great view of the ocean and close to most everything. A very nice parking facility right across the drive made getting the car easy and convenient. Frank made everything simple and easy when booking. We hope to return. My wife is handicapped and the large shower worked out extremely well.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: I own a restaurant called George's Steak Pit and live in Northwest Alabama. The restaurant has served my area since 1956. My parent's started the business and I purchased it in 1983.
