  We had a fantastic time !! The condo was just beautiful,the living space was rommie. It was very clean. We loved the view of the Ocean from the living room and bedroom. The people that live there are so kind and helpful. You walk out the door and right to the pool, that I might add was very inviting.!!! We watched the sun come up each morning,and walked the beach each day. Right across the street is a mexican resturant that we walked over to for lunch and dinner. And a drink or two (smiles) I really like the location it is close to shopping,movies,and attractions. Five stars!!! Kind Regards, Lisa and Leigh

  This was a fantastic location for one of the best vacations we've had in years. Condo is only steps from ocean and pool, very comfortable and well-equipped. Also convenient to restaurants, grocery, shopping and not far from Kennedy Space Center. Our family had a great time, and we definitely hope to return! My only suggestion would be to add slip-proof mats in tub and shower.

  My family and I just returned from our stay at this wonderful condo. We had a total blast, and everyone agreed that the unit was wonderful. Thanks for helping us to create some treasured memories. We enjoyed playing in the pool, surfing and going for long walks on the beach! Look close in the surf when you are on the beach, I have never seen so many sea turtles. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. Thank you so much! We are all looking forward to returning soon.

  Very nice condo. Tastefully decorated. Has a nice "beachy" theme without being overdone. We loved being able to watch the sea turtles and dolphins from the large living room and bedroom window. Good size for 4 people. Great Location. 1-1/2 hours to Disneyworld, Universal Studios and Sanford Airport. Great zoo in Melbourne about 1/2 hour away. Very peaceful and relaxing area. It was great just walking a few steps to the private beach or the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

  This condo was an excellent corner location with the pool on one side and the oceanview on the other. Large Master bedroom with its own bathroom, very clean and well maintained. Almost everything you'd need for your home away from home (no iron or blowdryer). Owners were available for instruction via phone but otherwise left us alone for our romantic getaway. No "front desk" for check in but manager on the property and available if there were questions...very personable and caring in a "neighborhood watch" kind of way. Definitely need a car to get around. Quiet beach all to ourselves was wonderful. Public beaches within walking distance. Owners better reached by phone. Did not check email or respond regularly by email. For better service, call. Once they hooked up with us, they were prompt about delivering the contract and returning the damage deposit afterwards. Easy to work with allowing us to book earlier and later instead of just Saturday to Saturday. Loved the Dos Amigos mexican restaurant...great nachos!

  This condo is close to perfect. It's a ground floor unit, the one closest to the beach and the pool. The master bedroom and the living room have large windows that look directly toward the ocean. The unit is tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean. The grounds and the exterior of the building make a beautiful setting. The owers were flexible about allowing us to add a couple nights to our weekly stay so weren't limited to a Saturday-Saturday rental. We loved it here and hope to rent this unit again!
