Over 2000 square feet of pure luxury with an open floor plan and huge 10 foot ceilings. The Condominium complex was completed in 2006 so that everything about it has a nice new feel.
Televisions in every bedroom and a 50 inch television in the living area. All the televisions are equipped with DVD players.
Two large, expansive balconies which overlook the bay, gulf, marina, and pools.
Two swimming pools, hot tub, kiddie pool and exercise room are available.
This unit also has a 47 x 20 foot boat slip available for no additional rental fee.
