Floor to ceiling windows along the back (beach) side of the house allow the unparalleled beauty of the Gulf with its unrivaled sunsets to be enjoyed from most rooms in the house and afford a sense of space and light. There are high ceilings in every room and the layout is grand, flowing and spacious. An elevator makes light work of bringing the luggage in from the port- cochere and also allows comfortable access to elderly or disabled guests.
Upper Level:
• Two incredibly deluxe master suites offer comfortable separate sitting areas overlooking the Gulf. Each master retreat has a private lanai overlooking the pool and the beach where you can enjoy a romantic sunset cocktail or allow the soothing sound of the surf to lull you to sleep. The en suite baths have granite double vanities, onyx multi-nozzeled spa like walk-in showers, jetted tubs, separate water closets and large walk in closets. Both bedrooms have king size beds and 30” plasma TV’s. 10 foot ceilings are triple trayed with custom lighting.
• The other two upper bedrooms face the front of the house. Both have 25” plasma TV’s, I-Pod ports, en suite baths with showers and walk-in closets. The South bedroom has a king size bed and the North bedroom has a queen size bed.
• Full laundry room on this level with Bosch washer and dryer.
• Private family sitting area with U-shaped sectional couch and ottoman, and 30” plasma TV with DVD player. The sitting area overlooks the gracious open stairwell leading down to the Great Room and has ocean views.
Main Level:
• Great Room with soaring cathedral ceiling has ample seating, fireplace, wet bar and 50” plasma TV. French doors open out to a beautiful lanai running the width of the house in the back and overlook the lower pool/Jacuzzi deck and the gulf.
• Enormous gourmet kitchen will satisfy the most discerning chef and features granite counters, double islands, Wolf commercial oven and range, SubZero Elite refrigerator/freezer, twin dishwashers, walk-in pantry, wine cellar and butler’s pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils and appliances.
• Both kitchen islands have breakfast bars. There is also a table nook seating 5.
• The kitchen opens to a cozy family room with a couch and comfy chairs and an entertainment unit with a 40” plasma TV. The family room opens onto the lanai.
• The dining room seats 10 comfortably at a round dining table.
• The paneled study has a plasma TV, a custom desk and a computer with broadband internet (WiFi). French doors open to the lanai.
• The guest suite can also double as another master suite. It has a king size bed, plasma TV, en suite bath with shower and walk-in closet.
• In between the study and the great room is a pool bath that opens onto the lanai. There is a cave shower and a closet with a washer and dryer.
• The spacious lanai is the perfect place to relax and laze away the day or to enjoy a festive cocktail hour savoring the stunning sunset views. There are 10 oversized chairs with ottomans along the lanai. There is also a plasma TV installed on the lanai so you can enjoy the spectacular outdoors and not miss the big game.
Lower Level:
• Entering the deluxe marble foyer from the port-cochere, you can ascend to the main level via spiral staircase or elevator.
• In addition to the large garage, there is storage space for pool/ beach toys, equipment, chairs, cooler, umbrellas etc. There are 2 mountain bikes and 2 beach bikes.
• Double doors open to an additional bedroom with three Murphy beds. The bathroom opens onto the pool deck.
• The spacious pool deck overlooks the lawn and beach. There is a beautiful unenclosed free form salt water pool with a waterfall fountain and an attached heated spa. The pool is lighted for evening swims under the stars. Comfortable lounge chairs and occasional tables beckon sun worshippers to linger. An umbrella table offers al fresco dining for 8 that you can prepare at the built-in Wolf gas grill.
• A staircase connects the upper lanai with the pool deck and a second staircase leads down from the pool deck to the lawn and pathway to the glorious sugary sands of Casey Key’s beachfront. You can walk for miles collecting shells and shark’s teeth, you can lounge along the shore and you can also bike along the beach. There is an outdoor shower at the base of the stairs to wash away the sand prior to returning to the pool or house.
