Upstairs unit with front deck facing the Gulf!! The Living/Dining/Kitchen Combination is open and faces the Beach.
The best description is Basic Beach Accommodations with a Sunrise View. Ample parking in two (2) designated spaces.
Our unit is one of five, with full time owners living on-site. They were not originally built as condominiums. Responsible and considerate tenants are appreciated by all.
A shared Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer is on the ground level. It's a commercial type and requires $1.00 in quarters per load. Conservative Hint: Dry your bath towels and re-use them.
The beach has protected Turtle nests May - October. Pets must be controlled and everyone must pick-up after their pets on the property and beach.
St. George has good restaurants within walking distance and is a great place to take your bicycles, strollers, etc.. One third of the island is a beautifully protected Beach & Bay Front park.
Historic Apalachicola has several award winning restaurants, antique shops, a waterfront marina and serverl unique place to visit and tour.
