Soak up the Southwestern sunshine and enjoy your beautiful surroundings! - Pagosa Springs Lodging This is a small mountain cabin located in one of the most beautiful valleys in Pagosa Springs. The cabin sits in the middle of the San Juan National Forest and is surrounded by the San Juan Mountains. Yet, it's only 4 miles from historic downtown Pagosa Springs (no long and treacherous back country roads) and our world famous hot springs, San Juan River, restaurants, bars and shops. From the cabin you'll have a short walk to 3 terrific trout streams, or you can hike, cross country ski or snowshoe without driving from home! For some real peace and quiet, you can hang out at the cabin and visit with the wildlife which abounds. The cabin's convenient location also makes it an ideal basecamp for bigger, nearby adventures like skiing at Wolf Creek Ski, hiking in the Weminuche Wilderness, or whitewater rafting! Small, but mighty, this cabin has everything you need for a wonderful vacation and comes fully stocked with linens and cooking utensils. Other than one other house on the same acreage as the cabin, there are no other visible homes or buildings. The cabin and house have plenty of privacy and space between them, buffered with a large meadow and trees. The only thing visible all around are the breathtaking mountain and forest views! The road is well maintained year-round by the county due to their facilities located along it, and there is very little public traffic on it.

$105/night .. $600/week
$50 cleaning fee and 4.9% local lodging tax
Pet Cleaning Fee:  $35 and up depending on length of stay, damage done.
We take pride in clean units for everyone, and charge pet fees based
on animal(s) behavior/damage and amount of time/cost to correct.

To book a reservation:  50% deposit, non-refundable if cancelled
within 60 days of the rental date.
