This unit is equipped with King bed, Queen sleeper sofa and bunk beds suitable for small children recessed in the hallway. The unit has a private patio, just steps to the boardwalk leading down to the beach, full kitchen, washer/dryer TV/DVD/stereo, wireless internet and much more. This complex is very family oriented with many activities for the younger ones only a short drive away! The unit is also Pet friendly at my descetion with a $150 non-refundable pet deposit.

We have stayed here for four years! Great location right on the beach, pretty quiet area with easy access to shopping, good food, and touristy beach shops. Beautiful water- great for fishing in the surf or playing in the waves. My kids have caught fish and talk about a "fresh" meal. Kim is great with helping to arrange things. Have recommended to friends and family.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The unit was large for a 1 bedroom, updated granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom plus nice tile floors. Great view from patio and just steps to the sand! Really enjoyed our first trip to Blue Mountain Beach.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, pet owners, age 55+.

I've stayed at this location for the past two summers, once in the larger upstairs unit and once in the downstairs. Both units were updated last year and they look fantastic, they have great balconies facing the ocean, it's quiet and you are literally steps away from the beach. We bring our little dog with us each year and its never been a problem. Kim has been great at communicating with us before each trip and we've never been disappointed. This is literally the best deal I've found while vacationing on the gulf.
