This Non-Smoking house has five bedrooms, & four baths accommodating up to 14 people making it perfect for two or three couples with children. Splendid amenities include a game area off the great room. A large 5-6 person outdoor hot tub, high end furnishings, complete kitchen with blender food processor and basic staples, microwave, dishwasher, four full baths, decks, gas and charcoal grills, telephone,large flat screen HDTV with Direct TV,HBO,Cinemax, Starz, Showtime & NFL Sunday Ticket, 150 Music Channels, DVD/VCR player, CD/tape stereo system in great room, individual thermostats in each bedroom, dining area with large table, front load washer and dryer and two hot water heaters. All towels linens are included. For those who need to communicate via the internet, the house is equiped with high speed broadband access via ethernet cable or wireless connection.
This property is on the Winter Park free bus route. Five bedrooms include first-floor master suite with king bed and second bedroom with two twin beds. Second-floor includes master suite with king bed, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with two twin beds. All bedrooms have have individual TVs with sleep timers. There are also four roll-away beds. Dining area has very large table.
The house is located just four miles from Winter Park on the Fraser River and Fraser River Trail. This home is on the Winter Park free shuttle route and only minutes from the slopes, shops, restaurants, and night spots of Winter Park. It is one mile from the Amtrak Station. Lakes Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake are within in a 35 minute drive as is Rocky Mountain National Park. Other nearby activities include skiing (cross country and downhill), golf, horseback riding, mountain biking, boating, fishing, tennis, hiking, mountain climbing, and sightseeing.

What a great place to stay! Without knowing anything about WP condos, is this ever the place to stay. Book this condo and know that you will be staying in a great home.

We are 10 picky grandpas that like to ski and stay in a comfortable place. We've stayed at the "Lodge" for five years running now, and we'll be back. With all of the words above describing this property there are no exaggerations. This home has everything. It is well maintained, comfortably appointed and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are comfortably sized. And all appliances are recent vintage and really work - washer, dryer, hottub, etc! The dining table seats 10 - just our size! The shuttle bus stop is a couple minutes walk away. The home is on the edge of town, and on two of our five years there we saw moose in the valley while waiting for the bus. Maybe the best thing about this place is the owners. We do not know them except through this rental, but they are always friendly, courteous and helpful. If you need a big place in the mountains, you can't go wrong here. Dave

My family and I had an excellent time when we stayed in Winter Park. It was close to everything we needed, Skiing, snowmobiling, sledding, and of course shopping! It is such a cute little town. I would recommond this home to any one!
