The house is a 4 Bed with 3 Bathrooms, the kitchen has all new dishwasher, microwave,Stove, refrigerator, and all amenities for a kitchen down to a tea pot! Laundry room with extra large washer/dryer.
A 6 seat table & chairs in the dining area and a breakfast area with table and 4 chairs.
The home has cable TV viewed on a 42"HD TV in the living room with DVD Player. The master bedroom, the Queen Size bedroom, Living Room, Family Room all overlook and enter the pool & Golf course.
Master Bedroom has a pillow top King size bed and a 19" Cable TV with DVD. There is a Queen bed in room 2 with Cable HD TV & view of Golf Course & its own Bathroom. Bedroom 3 and 4 each have 2 single beds and share a full bath. All Bedrooms have Cable TV.
