First of all we have stayed in 4 other units here which were all super nice. This unit however was less than desirable. The air conditioning window unit was too small leaving a 2" gap on all sides which you could see out to the pool area.. NO JOKE- I have pictures. We called the owner & he sent someone at the end of the 3rd day later (1/2 of our vacation was over) and they put a seal around it. The company repairing it told us the unit was too small. We left the air on 65 degrees 24/7 and it was still HOT in there. The Queen Thick Sofa/Sleeper was a joke. It was like laying on a box spring. They obviously realized this was a problem because there was a blow-up mattress to put on top of it. It would have been ok except there were NO LINENS as stated in the listing. We had to go buy sheets & blankets for our children to sleep on. The television had so much static on it you could barely see the picture and there was NO REMOTE CONTROL. The "curtains" out to the deck were a bed sheet hanging on a PVC pipe which was literally falling out of the wall. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all leaving a black film in the bath tub. There was a crack in the tub. The fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling which could fall at anytime. I made contact with the owner after our return home to bring all of the issues to his attention. He told me I should have called him when we got there and told him about all of the problems... like he could have done something about it then. They were completely booked while we were there. He was completely unwilling to refund any portion of our money! We love this place, but beware of the owner you rent from. You can rent direct and they will gladly help you on your stay.

when we arrived we found that the condo had not been cleaned! W had to sweep, mop and cleaned bathrooms! This condo was nasty! Hair was all in the bed sheets...we bought new sheets and comforter. curtains were barely hanging-very thin, our condo wa lit up every morning by 6:00. Great location but not clean or well maintained at all!!!
Recommended for:Families with young children.
