This peaceful, architect-designed beach retreat offers ocean views, large trees and a fenced grassy play field. There is a private, secluded garden area plus separate garden house with a full bathroom, main room, and sleeping loft.
The master bedroom is entire upper level of the main house, with spectacular views of Cape Meares, the Pacific Ocean, and BayOcean Spit to the north. There is a king sized bed and an adjacent sitting area that can be used for sleeping by a child or on inflatable aerobed. There is a queen bedroom on the lower level, next to a full bath. A half bath is next to the kitchen. There is a separate Garden House w/ full bath and beds on main floor plus overflow loft sleeping
There is a large stone fireplace with plenty of firewood; a comfortable living room with cable TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with views of the garden.
The home is a couple of easy blocks to the ocean front -- then walk left to the low tide sea caves and tide pools at the base of Cape Meares, or walk right for miles of empty beaches, past Lake Meares and all the way to the jetty and dune trail hikes at the end of Bayocean Spit.
