Newly constructed raised house (short walk to beach front) completed in January 2008 , with lots of upgrades, hardwood floors, ceramic bath floors, crown moldings, granite counter tops, tumble marble backsplash. Three flat screen TVs with upgraded cable, wireless internet access (requires lap top to access). All new furniture, appliances and essentials. Large front deck 16 x 41 with 10-foot covered, side covered steps with deck off master bedroom. Three bays underneath for parking. Underneath also includes area with outdoor furniture including pug table for 4 and a
gas grill. Large enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
CLEANING: Guest must properly clean house before departure; we provide cleaning supplies.
YOU MUST BRING: Linens (sheets, bath towels, wash clothes) and Paper Products including toilet paper and paper towels.
NO PETS allowed in house or on our premises.
NO SMOKING in the house.
NO Golf CART available for use.
Guests must abide by Ocean Lakes rules and regulations.

Stayed here the last week of July 2011. House was absolutely amazing. No expense spared on the house. Everything was top of the line. Plenty of sleeping room and comfortable beds. Will DEFINITELY stay here again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
