A step above the ordinary. Our stylish, recently-built condo is just blocks from downtown historic Frisco. An artfully decorated cozy retreat just a five-minute walk to free shuttle service taking you to any of the four local ski resorts, two fitness centers or factory outlets. Frisco is a charming, small mountain town built during the gold mining days in the 1880's. It is surrrounded by the Rocky Mountains with Lake Dillon directly across the street. Frisco has a well-deserved reputation as a winter and summer recreation paradise.

This is a bright, sunny space with plenty of glass providing Mountain views from every window. On the main floor the living room offers a curtained sleeping area with two fold-out beds and a half bath. The dining area has a large table to enjoy home cooking and plan your adventures. The decor is modern and artful, unlike one of those stark rental units!

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a heavenly, queen-size bed and a full bathroom. Watch the sunrise over the Continental Divide from bed before you head down to the kitchen for a steaming cup, or stroll along a covered walkway to Starbucks.

You won't need to haul your winter gear upstairs as you'll find a secure, heated storage area on the ground floor just inside the front door. This is a non-smoking, pet-free condo.

We also stock a "Welcome Nook" with maps, discounts to local restaurants, ski areas and activity centers. Enjoy the added touches that come from owners who care about their place and the comfort of their guests. Make yourselves at home!
