Our family stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was immaculate and a very well-outfitted kitchen for cooking the dinner. Although the view of the lake CANNOT be beat, the close proximity of the home to the road is a little noisy. The home is very tastefully decorated and comfortable, but perhaps a closet or provision for hanging clothes in the secondary adult bedroom would be helpful. Although we were only a family of four, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and even find a quiet corner for enjoying a good read. Wood for the fireplace would have enhanced the cozy atmosphere of the den. The master bedroom is VERY inviting with its own private little back-deck for enjoying a quiet evening glass of wine or first cup of morning java. However, all the bedrooms are located upstairs and the steep spiral staircase proved a bit challenging for us older folks. We have stayed at other locations for the Thanksgiving holiday and our family as a whole hopes to return to this home in the future. It is close enough to Spokane to allow those working to come and go, while still enjoying the relaxing benefit of getting away to make special family memories. Thank you to the gracious hosts for sharing their home, and such conscientous attention to the small details. Hats off to them for a job-well-done!

Everyone loved our visit to the Honeymoon Bay house. Relaxing atmosphere. Although we didn't get to enjoy the water this time around we did enjoy the lake views, the ducks and the eagles that we were fortunate enough to see. The owner does a nice job of making sure the home is clean and well stocked. She even had a crock pot in the cabinet.

We stayed at the Honeymoon Bay house for a girls only family weekend and enjoyed our stay immensely! The place is spacious, cozy, quiet and clean. And even in the winter has a beautiful view! We will definately be trying to get back again! Thank you!

My 5 sisters stayed here for our "50th birthday party sister weekend". I would just like to say that it was fabulous. Many times the pictures that you see on line are not as nice as in person. This was NOT the case. This place is even nicer than the pictures. It is clean, well kept and very roomy. It had everything we needed supplied. The owners even had bread baking in the bread maker for us. We loved every minute of it and would highly recommend this place.
