  This listing was accurate and above our expectations--beautifully decorated and immaculate--we loved the little balcony for morning coffee and enjoyed the full sized kitchen for two women to cook! It was so convenient to shopping movies ,resturaunts or a walk on the beach and i was amazed at the little trolley service that took you everywhere it was very convenient to airports and my friends in the area My only suggestion would be to make the pool more private

  Our family loved the condo and the area! Could not have been more convienent, we walked to the shops and beach every day. The condo itself was extremely clean and well kept, everything appears to be new! The hardwood floors made sweeping up the sand so easy. Rooms were all a nice size. Price point was very reasonable for all the amenities. Hope to return in October!

  We felt a bit deceived by the property description. The condo itself was ok except the living room carpet was very dirty, and we did not expect the 2nd bedroom closet to be taken up by a washer and dryer. We also did not expect to look down on two not very well kept up back yards from our balcony. You need to cross a busy road to get to the beach. I would not recommend this condo if you are expecting a nice view.

  Owner response: I'm sorry you feel this way. I would like to address your issues. I did have the carpet cleaned at the beginning of this year. That being said, I am replacing all of the carpet in the unit with hardwood in May. I am sorry you couldn't find the closet in the second bedroom. It is located on the same wall as the washer/dryer closet you mentioned. Regarding the view. There were full grown palm trees all along the back. These were removed by the resort and the flowering trees were planted at the end of last year. I have been told that these new trees are fast growing and should provide a better screen than the palm trees provided. You do have to cross Gulf Blvd to get to the beach. There are bright yellow flags located at all crosswalks and traffic has to stop when you are carrying them when crossing the street. I take great pride in my condo and want all of my guests to have an enjoyable stay while vacationing. Again I am sorry you felt differently.

  Our family or four loved your condo! We've stayed there three years in a row. My daughters really like having their own room. It is great to be able to sit and eat at a full size table and chairs or at the kitchen island. My wife especially likes that the unit is always clean and well kept. We can't wait to go back next year.
