This is a cozy beach front, two story home with an amazing view of the ocean and just steps down to the sand! This home comes with wood floors downstairs, carpet upstairs and a huge outdoor patio area to lounge and enjoy the view. Downstairs you have one bedroom with a Queen size bed oceanfront , another bedroom with a Double bed, and a futon available on the ocean front as well. Also downstairs is the kitchen, family room, dining room and large bathroom with a tub. Upstairs will take you to the master bedroom with a Cal King bed facing the ocean, bathroom and flat screen TV.
The amenities include 2 flat screen TVs, stereo, DVD/VHS, BBQ, microwave, dishwasher and internet. With it's central location between Pleasure Point and the Harbor, there are numerous restaurants and a bicycle path as well. A perfect comfortable getaway and central beach location for everyone to enjoy! Including your pet!
