  I stayed at the condo for a week in October, and loved every minute of it. The condo had everything you needed, and the property had a heated pool, hot tub, and exercise room! The view was amazing! The owner's were very easy to work with in planning. I would recommend this condo to anyone wants an excellent stay in Orange Beach. I hope to return again next Fall!

  My grandson Luke & I stayed at this condo part of last week and we loved it!! We loved the view and the beach was so clean......we planned the trip for the Mardi Gras parade in Orange Beach for our 2nd time and were not disappointed...even after the sky opened up right before it was over and we got drenched in the rain. The owner's were extremely easy to deal with in setting things up for us....I would recommend this condo to everyone.....Awesome condo, awesome people......Will definitely rent from them again...

  This condo is perfect. I am always so afraid when I book a place that the view will only be a partial or obstructed view of the beach but not this time! The view is magnificient. The pictures on the listing do not even do it justice. The condo was clean with nice appliances and plenty of sitting room. The condo is on the corner of the building so no heavy traffic or noise! I try to get to the beach at least twice a year and will definitely be calling these guys again. Rick was easy to work with and always responsive. I highly recommend this place. It is the perfect condo for a romantic get-away, girl's trip, or small family.

  We discovered in the time we spent in this condo, that we LOVE Orange Beach. We had a wonderful time and will return again next year. Everything that was needed was available in the unit.It had a nice comfortable king size bed, with new appliances in the unit. The condo itself had wonderful pools & hot tubs with many activities going on. Many good restaurants & shops were within walking distance. The view from the 10th floor was breathtaking! A perfect beach out in front!

  Dear Rick & Bev; I can't remember a vacation that we enjoyed more than our visit to Orange Beach. We have been going to the Distin/Fort Walton area since 1956 with an occasional visit to Gulf Shore/Orange Beach area. This is the second year in a row to visit Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area last year we stayed in Gulf Shores.However I can tell you for sure we are in love with Orange Beach and your condo everything was perfect I can't think of anything that could have made it any better. I could say that you made our 56th anniversary a very enjoyable occasion.Thanks again for letting us enjoy a wonderful week in your condo.Hope to do it all over again next year. Searcy & Evelyn

  Very accurate listing & timely responses in email communications with the owner! We had a wonderful time! The condo is clean, well decorated, & very comfortable. The beach access & views are amazing. We enjoyed the small things like energy effiecient washing detergent that was left for us since I had brought mine from home, but it was not the High energy. All of the appliances are newer! The photos show it as is, beautiful, updated & a great place to relax! We would love to return here & will tell our friends & family!

  I would recommend this condo to anyone - family or otherwise. It's VERY clean, new appliances and beautifully decorated. The view is spectacular. It has everything you would need - just like home, it's very comfortable. We had a wonderful time. The owner's are very nice and extremely helpful. We went to LuLu's which was a lot of fun, but my favorite restaurant is Sea n Suds - loved the shrimp sandwich. My husband's favorite activity was fishing off the pier. We can't wait to go back. Thanks for making our vacation what it was - wonderful.

  My wife and I and our two young daughters enjoyed our stay here tremendously. This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It's also the best rate we found in the Phoenix 3 tower. I can't believe we were able to find such a nice condo at a great nightly rate. The owners were a pleasure to work with and were even nice enough to mail a beach cover-up that we left behind. A big bonus was the high efficiency washer and dryer that was able to easily keep up with our messy kids' laundry. Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo! We're already looking forward to our next stay.

  We stayed at this condo in mid-April for my husband's birthday and had a great time. It helps that the weather was absolutely perfect, but the condo was very comfortable and in a great location! The owners are very nice and a pleasure to work with. They have very reasonable rates! We will definitely be booking with them again in the future!

  We have stayed at this lovely condo for a week each spring for the past three years. It's beautiful interior is well complimented by the comfort of all furnishings. Lamps, kitchen table and chairs, pictures on the walls all add to the ambiance of a refreshing retreat. The color scheme elevates our spirits as soon as we enter the door. Every convenience has been at our fingertips within the condo. From a fully-stocked kitchen with new appliances to front-loading washer and dryer and a large, flat-screen tv, it's all there. In addition, the condo is always immaculate. The balcony provides a glorious view, a special place to breakfast with the sunrise or enjoy a glass of wine with the sunset. The condo is quiet, elevators are quick, and the beach is merely feet away from the downstairs doorway. The pools are fun and beautiful with complimentary lounge chairs surrounding. There are also grills downstairs for cooking in the fresh air. The beach is spacious and the water is fun. Restaurants abound; miniature golf, boutique shopping as well as a large outlet mall are all nearby. There is great fishing on the newly constructed pier. The owners are hospitable, friendly, and quick to respond to email, and the staff at the condo is courteous and helpful. All in all, this lovely condo is picture-perfect. There is no need to look further, as far as we're concerned!
