This condo is located on the 15th floor of Ariel Dunes II and is oriented toward the southwest. The view from the master bedroom, living room and balcony overlooks the scenic curving coastline, providing unforgettable sunsets and spectacular night views of the lights of Destin. Check out the beach, water sports, parasailing or deep sea fishing boats all from your own balcony. From the second bedroom you can look over the Seascape golf course and Choctawatchee Bay. Ariel Dunes II on Seascape Resort is centrally located less than 10 minutes from the outlet mall, nine different golf courses, including Regatta Bay, Emerald Bay, Kelly Plantation and the resort courses at Sandestin, and about a hundred awesome restaurants.

We were very fortunate to book our stay in this unit for our extended Labor Day vacation. The company managing this unit was outstanding. The pictures you see is exactly what you get. The unit was exceptionally clean. This condo had every utensil you need to stay in a cook a nice dinner and close enough to all the action to dine out without leaving the area. We will definitely keep this unit in mind for our next vacation in the Sandestin area and would recommend this place to all of our friends and family. The only thing I could suggest the owner to do would be clean the air ducts. Our daughter has allergies and there was a bit of a musty smell in her room (room with twin beds). Would cough herself to sleep every night. We recommend heading over to Village at Bay Towne. Had a excellent dinner at Poppy's with a few adult drinks to follow next door at Hammerheads. Tried Marlin Grille but no one in our party had good reviews for this dining experience. It's hard to beat a huge breakfast from Another Broken Egg over on the bayside. Thanks to the owners and the rental company handling the paper work. One of the easiest transactions of all time. Thanks, WACIII

The view from the balcony is absolutely fantastic!!! You can see from one end of the coastline to the other and you're right next to the water. Nothing blocks your view. The condo was everything I expected... and MORE. The space seemed huge, and there were 7 in our group. I highly recommend this location to stay. I'll certainly ask for it again the next time I'm in Destin.

The best view on the beach....the pictures do not do this unit justice....I can't wait to stay here again!! We were traveling with teenagers and were able to keep an eye on them from the balcony...can't wait till SBXI!

This condo was beautiful, so comfortable and spacious, and the ocean view was phenomenal! It was so convenient to the elevator, pool and beach. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and it was a blessing to be there. Thank you for sharing it with us.
