Welcome to Amelia Island!!!! If you are new to the Island, It is a great mid sized island, with everything you need... Shopping, Large Beaches, Marsh crabbing, Fishing, Movies, Golf, almost everything!!!
Summer Beach Village is located on the same road as the Ritz Carlton, and is a private gated community. The community has a great pool, and close access to the Ocean.
The house is located within the private development, and has a very safe area for kids. It's safe for the kids to ride their bikes around, and play outdoors. The Beach is only a short walk, to the boardwalk, and pool.
The house is a very large open plan three bedroom, two bath house, with garage, and backyard screened patio.

This is a nice rental home-- decorated very nice and up to date. Its very spacious as well-- big living area with large kitchen. Its tucked away in a quiet area yet only a short walk to the beach-- more than enough space for our family of 5.

Great house, lots of room, private (gated) and quiet. Short walk to pools (2) and beach. Great kid location with quiet street. Beautiful old town shops in Fernandina Beach. We'll definitely stay here again.

This is a wounderful place to stay for a small or big family. It is a nice and quite subdivision with walking distance to the beach, beautiful pool and plenty spacious. Ameila has great places to eat, not to mention the ice cream shops, which are wonderful after a long hot day at the beach. We would recommend this to everyone and do plan on going back very soon.

This is a beautiful home in a gated neighborhood. There are two swimming pools nearby in case you are not interested in the beach. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation. We plan to come back this summer.

This is a great rental. Very quiet street and nice neighbors. Easy access to the beach. Very nice beach, not very crouded. I would stay at this place again!!

We enjoyed our brief stay at your home this year. We found it very convenient with the beach, tennis courts, and pool just steps away. The private backyard was great for letting the kids play and relaxing on the screened porch.

The house was very roomy, comfortable and in a great location. The rooms are all very large, brightly decorated and the living space is very comfortable, large and open. Right across the street - but far enough for privacy from the house - very short walk to the pools and beach!(unfortunately the closest pool was being renovated the week we were there). We had a wonderful week at Summer Beach, on the beach, at the pool and on the Island.

We stayed with another family during Spring Break. The house was nicely decorated with a great open kitchen/dining room/living room area. Master Bedroom is very large. Quick walk to the beach just 2 blocks up, one block to the pool and right next to wonderful biking/walking path. Enjoyed our first stay on Amelia Island.

What a wonderful time we had on Amelia Island. The house in Summer Beach was great: clean, beautifully decorated & exactly as presented on the VRBO website! What a relief. Close to pool & beach - we couldn't have asked for a better location. This was our first time using VRBO; we'll do it again. We will try to go back to this house specifically too!

Would recommend this house for families or small groups. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and it is a close walk to the beach, swimming pools and other recreation. The house is well-equipped and nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again!
