Laundry room and two-car garage. Comfortable and spacious living room with a fireplace and TV. This and the dining room are surrounded by large sliding glass doors that open up to a 60 feet deck/balcony over the beach. Barbeque area and brunch tables. Glass doors connected to the family room open up to a big, private garden/backyard where steps will take you directly down onto the beach. Following the steps down to the beach there is a large deck with a jacuzzi, beach chairs and water equipment. This house is available as of this summer for as long as you wish or available for lease long term also for serious beach lovers.
