Welcome to your Arizona “home away from home.” This 4BR, 2BA North Tempe vacation property sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably and is perfectly situated in the heart of the Phoenix metro area.
Start your mornings off with a 10-minute stroll to the neighborhood Starbucks (you will not have to cross a single traffic light). Throw some steaks on the barbeque grill and dine outdoors by the pool or under our covered patio. During the day, enjoy a dip in our Pebble-Tec pool (not heated), or simply enjoy a good read while relaxing by the waterfall. At night, unwind by the pool under the stars.
This inviting single family home is gorgeous and immaculate, with vaulted ceilings in the living and dining areas, and ceiling fans in every room. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and updated appliances. The master suite has a king-sized bed, a huge walk-in closet, double sinks, an oversized soaker tub, and direct access to the back yard. (Note: the master suite is accessed through the fourth bedroom which has two twin beds.) Small four-legged friends will discover a private exit leading to a shaded, protected side lot where they can enjoy the Arizona outdoors.
You will not find a rental property better located for your visit to Phoenix. We have great freeway access (AZ 101 and 202) and Sky Harbor Airport is only five miles away. A twenty minute walk takes you to ASU, Sun Devil Stadium, and Tempe’s Mill Avenue. Tempe Town Lake and Tempe Marketplace are both one mile south. A three mile drive east will take you past an old-fashioned drive-in theater featuring first-run movies, a beautiful green belt with acres of parks and trails, and the massive Casino Arizona. Less than five miles north of our home is downtown Scottsdale with world-class shopping, dining, and night life. Papago Park, with miles of hiking, biking and horse riding trails, is directly beside our neighborhood and houses both the Phoenix Zoo and beautiful Desert Botanical Gardens. And, you will find no fewer than seven golf courses within a ten mile radius of our home.
Also consider making this house your home base for further adventures. Tucson and Sedona are each less than two hours away. The Grand Canyon is a four hour drive. Las Vegas is an easy one hour flight. San Diego and L.A. can be reached in six hours.

Spotted dirty carpet, burned out light bulbs, dead batteries in the tv remote, unusable pool (freezing) master bedroom entry is through another bedroom, 1trash bag 3 dishwasher soaps... This place wasn't as advertised. Not up to the standards I have previously enjoyed at vrbo properties.

We provide our phone numbers, and our housekeeper's phone number, to all our guests, and we encourage our guests to contact us immediately, if they have any concerns. (In this case, we were not aware of any problems until the review was posted, a week after checkout. Had they called during their stay, we would have addressed whatever possible, at that time.) Based on the feedback, we have taken the following actions: - spotted dirty carpet: all carpet and tile to be professionally cleaned Jan. 4 - light bulbs/batteries: replaced (extras were in supply closet) - trash bag/soaps: replenished (extras were in supply closet) - unheated pool: have never advertised as heated; have updated web site, to state explicitly that pool is not heated - master bedroom entry: have updated web site, to state explicitly that access is through another bedroom

We came to Arizona to get married and stayed at this home. It was very nice. My sister suggested a rental home instead of a hotel and she found this home. It was close to freeways, shopping centers and everything you need or want in the city. It is a quiet neighborhood and privacy was great. Home was very well equipped in working order. Very clean and I would recommend anyone to stay in this home. Very nice and clean. We would love to stay here next time we come out for a visit!

We stayed here while moving our daughter into her apt. at ASU. The home has everything you could possibly need! It was so hot and having the pool was so nice! Much better than staying in a hotel. Hope we can stay here again!

This house and location is perfect for 4 golfers coming for a week of golf out of the east and away from the snow. House is fully equipped and perfectly located near shopping and golf courses. A nice touch was a computer printer for boarding passes and other needs. Bring your lap top. Don't pack a lot they also have a washer and dryer..

This house provided the perfect central location for our family-visiting vacation in Phoenix. It is just a minute away from all Papago Park has to offer. We visited ASU, Mesa, and Scottsdale, and did some hiking, shopping, and Salt River tubing. Between the beautiful pool and big kitchen, there was plenty of space to invite our friends and family for a big dinner, margaritas, and a fun swim.

What a great location, close to everything. I enjoyed walking to Starbucks in the morning. Wish the spa was working and that the pool was a little warmer ( especially in March ) was unable to use the pool, too cold ( probably 75 degrees ). That would feel great if it was 90 outside. Enjoyed the BBQ and sitting outdoors. Well stocked with everything you need, would definitely come back.

we stayed here in October for the MSBL/MABL World series baseball. the owners were the best and very helpful. beautiful home, fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. plenty of room for all 10 of us plus a porta crib for our 11 month old granddaughter. centrally located for all the different baseball fields we played on. definitively recommend and will hopefully be able to satay again in October

Our actors stayed here during a prolonged performance run at Mesa Arts Center. We could not have asked for a better location for our needs. It was convenient to the arts center, the convention center, grocery stores and the freeway. The home is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Its backyard and pool make it a perfect location for a barbecue party. The widescreen tv was much appreciated, too! Above all, the landlords are really nice people and wonderful to work with.
