This three bedroom, two bath home is a perfect vacation rental with a great layout for comfort and space. The living area is sizeable with a 42' flat panel tv. The three bedrooms are spacious with one King and two Queens. The master suite has its own bath and the other bedrooms share a bath.
The large gourmet kitchen has everything you need to create a great meal or build yourself a snack. There's plenty of seating in the dining area and bar seating if you want to grab a quick bite.
If you want to get connected the home has wireless internet access. But you don't have to use it; you're on vacation remember.
The owner's call this home Dolphin's Retreat. You'll call it your retreat for many years to come.

Excellent location and the cottage is adorable! Bright & cheery accommodations. Very comfortable - had everything we needed. Very convenient to the beach.... Pool, tennis courts, fitness room were cool too. Great value for the money. Shopping and restaurants all great! Had a blast visiting with family! Weather was great too - nice time of year. And the Fishing Rodeo and Bruce the emcee were awesome! Water here is beautiful emerald green! Unreal - we love it here. It's our 7th time coming down in October. We'll be back again! Thanks.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Family vacation 2012. Things you need to know about this rental: It is supposed to sleep 8, but it only had 5 pillow cases, one dirty sheet for the pullout couch and one pillow for it, you must provide your own propane for the grill, only six towels for 8 people, parking is only for 2 vehicles, ripped up blinds on the front door, the management company did not call when it became available as promised and the dryer is on its last leg with a loud squealing belt and 2 hour drying time.The lawn people left trash around the bushes and don't clean up lawn cuttings on the drive. One of our biggest peeves was the "ice maker", when you arrive it is turned off. It seriously makes only 12 cubes a day. Don't count on iced tea here. Well stocked kitchen utensils. The umbrella and two chairs provided at the beach are on a first come first serve basis, so go there before 9am during busy months. Keep in mind you have a walk to the beach. Bring garbage bags, sponge, TP. Have had many vacation rentals, but this place makes me think the property management company doesn't communicate with the owners.Did you find this review helpful?
