Hello, welcome to our Laguna Beach house with amazing panoramic ocean views and a short walk to the water. When you walk into our newly remodeled beach home, you will immediately lock your eyes onto the magnificent ocean view from almost every room.
Our home is within a 5-10 minute walk to several beaches including Victoria Beach and Woods Cove. You can also take a stroll into downtown Laguna Beach from this prime location. This home was remodeled down to the studs in 2006 with custom hardwood flooring, travertine, granite counter tops, and marble throughout the house. No expense was sparred in this home. There are 3 terrace's to take in the view as well as a brand new built-in barbecue, spa and fire pit in the spacious backyard. You are able to whale & dolphin watch from the two family rooms, master bedroom and kitchen.
After a day at the beach, enjoy a quiet evening next to the outdoor fireplace or grill up your dinner on one of our two BBQ's. Throughout the home you will find Plasma televisions in every room if you need to catch the big game. There are 3 bathrooms including a spacious master bathroom featuring a over sized Jacuzzi tub, rainfall shower with body sprays, marble floors/walls/counter tops and a river rock shower floor. If that is not enough to relax, you can stroll down Victoria beach to experience some pampering at the world famous Montage resort and spa. Everything you need for a great vacation can be found at this amazing beach home.
