This cliffside Penthouse is ideally located on a quiet residential street but is only a short walk to town and to three beaches. Sunsets from the large porch, which serves as a second dining room and living room, are breathtaking. This is truly paradise.
If dealing with a real estate agent, their commission will be added to the advertised rental costs. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. There is an extra $10.00 fee per day to connect the living room air conditioning.
