Deluxe unit has larger lanai with bedroom being oceanfront. Covered Lanai / patio with lots of room and HIGH BAR STYLE METAL (NOT PLASTIC) SEATS( able to sit and view scenery without obstruction of railing....A MUST!!) . Condo features ocean front bedroom with King bed with sliding glass door to patio. Living room is also ocean front with sliding glass door to patio. Condo features living room, dining area, full kitchen, tiled full master bath off bedroom and tiled full 2nd bath. Tile foyer and dining area with carpet in living and master bedroom. Condo is just 75 steps from the coral water!
Features include 32" flat screen TV's with built in DVD players, in Bedroom and livingroom along with stereo, CD and iPod docking. Pull out queen sleeper and regular love seat in living. 4 person dining table with 2 bar stools for breakfast bar. New appliances, bathrooms, furniture, paint and carpet. Mirrored wall in livingroom for spacious ocean feel and spacious area feeling. All wide trim and baseboards with 6 panel doors throughout and two mirrored bifold doors on both closets in bedroom. Note: We highly suggest when booking your stay, that you ask if patio has high bar style chairs so you can view the wonderful scenery without looking thru rails. Most condos do not offer heavy, nice high furniture as we do? Majority have only low plastic chairs and tables. Don't waste your valuable vacation time with cheap lower plastic seats!

The condo was very clean, comfortable and furnished just as a beach house should be! We enjoyed stepping right onto the beach and the accessibility of the pools on property. This condo was one of the niceest we have been in. We will definitely recommend this to others without hesitation. We found this rental on Craigslist and were a little skeptical, but it turned out to be awesome. Working with Doug was easy and he answered all our questions right away when we emailed them to him.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated for the beach. The views were great. We loved that we could hear the ocean from our bedroom. The owner was right about the balcony chairs, they were great. This was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. We hope to return next year.
