Wonderful 2nd floor, full beachfront-oceanfront condo with spectacular unobstructed view of beach and ocean from bedroom, full front living room, and covered Lanai. Condo features ocean front bedroom with King bed with sliding glass door to patio. Living room is also ocean front with sliding glass door to patio. Condo features living room, dining area, full kitchen, tiled full master bath off bedroom and tiled full 2nd bath. Tile foyer and dining area with carpet in living and master bedroom.
Features include 32" flat screen TV's with built in DVD players, in Bedroom and livingroom along with stereo, CD and iPod docking. Pull out queen sleeper and regular love seat in living. 4 person dining table with 2 bar stools for breakfast bar. New appliances, bathrooms, furniture, paint and carpet in 2008. Mirrored wall in livingroom for spacious ocean feel and spacious area feeling. All wide trim and baseboards with 6 panel doors throughout and two mirrored bifold doors on both closets in bedroom.
