- Queen Bed : There's a big Queen bed in the guest room and we don't slouch; the big red Lazy Boy sofa in the Living Room folds out to a Queen as well.
- Convertible Bed : As we said above, our Lazy Boy sleeper is a Queen!
- Child Bed (2) : Inflatables and pumps are in the closets for the kids if the other 6 spots are taken.

- Deck/Patio : Sitting on the screen porch is super relaxing and the views and peaceful setting are something else... You can watch golfers on the 18th tee all day, have meals out there and watch & listen as boats go up and down the Intracoastal Waterway.

- Water View : Great wide-open view across the Intracoastal Waterway
- Golf Course Front : The 18th tee is right there (I mean right there - like 20 feet) - It's not only a beautiful golf setting, but you can watch golfers tee off all day!
- Golf Course View : Looking up the course the best view is down the 18th Fairway to the 8th Green & Fairway, across the marsh and waterway to the harbor light house.

- Kid Friendly : Lots of capacity. Even if all other options taken, we have inflatable beds for kids and if there is an infant or toddler, the guest room is down a hallway providing peace and quiet for a little one when grown-ups or bigger kids are having fun in the Living Room.

Why the Owner Chose Tidewater Resort
We looked up and down the Grand Strand and found lots of places we were sure we would enjoy and many that were right in the center of action. That was a problem. As popular as the area is being right in the middle of everything means lots of people and lots of traffic. Tidewater gives us a place that has everything as close as we want to be to everything, but quiet and comfort in a prestigious golf community setting with all the spectacular beauty that the eye can handle at first.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Being in a gated community, we enjoy security and safety. Yes, it costs, but your family; and I know my family deserve to be safe and secure while enjoying the best life has to offer us. I cannot overestimate the value of those mornings sitting with my family members with a cup of coffee, listening to the wildlife and watching the golf course being prepped for the day-long parade of golfers. We know if you bought your A-game if your swing is still pretty at 18 on Tidewater!
