Imagine waking up and enjoying your first cup of coffee in your private courtyard overlooking the pool, and in the evening dinning outside listening to the water flow through the pool fountains. And if you choose, grill your favorite meal and light the outdoor fireplace.
From the moment you enter you feel like you are staying in a West Indies Villa. The beautiful gold travertine floors, 14 foot ceilings, and expansive archways are only a few of the wonderful design features. Every room has its own individual style and no expense was spared in furnishing this home.
The gourmet kitchen features custom grape stone countertop, with a brick stainless backsplash. All appliances are Thermador and include; double ovens, 6 burner gas cook top, and a 48 cubic sq. ft. refrigerator. If you do choose to dine in there are appliances and kitchen utensils to accommodate even the most selective cook.
Adjoining the kitchen is a magnificent built-in banquette for twelve, and a custom built 9 foot dining table.
Two sitting rooms on each side of the kitchen allow for quiet reading or watching your favorite program/movie in the comfortable family room. In addition to the two separate seating areas there is a circular screened in porch off the family room. This home also features three outside porches and two screened porches. There is also an additional 1/2 bath on the first level as well as a 1/2 bath outside at the pool area.
ADDITIONAL 4TH BEDROOM MASTER SUITE AVAILABLE ON FIRST FLOOR
On the second level there is one king bedded master, and two queen bedded rooms, each with their own custom bathroom. The bedrooms surround another sitting area with its own HDTV/VCR.
If this isn't enough there is a third floor loft(great for the kids)with its own seating area, HDTV/VCR.Lots of space for everyone.
This house is truly one of the finest Rosemary Beach has to offer. The house also features a 4th bedroom that is not included with the rental, however could be made available upon request. Master suite located on first floor.

Beautiful home, obvious the owners have given careful consideration with the furnishing and amenities as to what vacationers would like/need to make a week's stay complete and comfortable. The pix on VRBO don't do the property justice or capture the size of the home which enjoys a corner lot and a big backyard by Rosemary standards. The home is right around the corner from Cabana pool, if you need a close diversion or want to take a dip into a pool other than your very own. Beach is a short walk or bike ride down the road and across 30A. We spent most of our time outside in the pool, enjoying meals in the patio, and cooking in the kitchen. Kiddos were completely content. Owner was super easy to work with and followed up promptly to all questions. Another great Rosemary vacation, thanks to this new "find"!

Your home is beautiful and served as the perfect gathering place for our entire family. We celebrated a 40th birthday, a 70th birthday, and a 46th wedding anniversary. Thank-you for your kindness and sharing such a special place. We had the perfect trip.

What a treat to spend a week in "heaven". The weather was perfect and we enjoyed everything, the pool, the beach, biking, walking,and especially the Sugar Shak" Your home is perfect and the backyard should be featured.
