We have stayed in Watercolor every year for the past ten years and this is the best house we have ever rented. We have 4 kids and they brought 2 friends who all stayed in the bunk room. My parents stayed in the downstairs masters while our friends stayed in the 4th bedroom upstairs. The house is very cozy and feels warm and comfortable. The large kitchen is great for cooking and entertaining which is open to the living room and dining room. Plenty of seating in the living room. TV's in all the rooms and a nook for the kids to hang. We loved the mud room to leave all of our beach gear and the outdoor shower. We will look to rent this home every year from now on. The owners were very easy to work with and flexible.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Wow. Wow. Wow. If I were to design, build, and decorate a beach house - this would be it. Starting with the 12' ceilings, transom lights, and eclectic décor – as soon as you walk in you know you are somewhere special. I know I am gushing, but I am a real estate agent in Atlanta and a Seaside regular, so I know my houses! The house is decorated with such taste with unique appointments and feels like a home – not a rental. Besides aesthetically pleasing, the house is immaculate and has every appliance and/or utensil one could ever need...the best wine cooler, ice maker, large refrigerator, fancy washer/dryer. Even though there great amenities all around, it is also fun to just stay in! I loved the proximity to Publix, wine store, pizza place and the UPS store since I had to work some during my visit. Having the bikes there was great, too. We biked to tennis. We also drove our car to Watercolor tennis and walked through the gate to Seaside to attend a wedding. If you know the shortcut you can bike to all the cool Seaside restaurants, too. And the house layout is so smart. You could fit 6 kids in the bunk room, which is good for us since we have 4 with 2 cousins that love to come along! The owners were so nice and easy to deal with, too. If you want Watercolor, Seaside, Rosemary – this is the place.
