This is our 2nd stay at this wonderful condo or as we like to refer to it our home away from home. As before everything you need for a relaxing vacation is provided. you can cook a fabulous meal for your self or walk to one on the Islands best restaurants your choice.The beach is a mere few steps walk, where the snorkeling is always fabulous we have seen many turtle, octopus,eels, and of course abundant fish. The condo complex is immaculately keep by the staff who are extremely friendly. We want to thank Margaret & Derek for all the wonderful upgrades they have done to make this condo so very nice.

The unit was exactly how it was described; the unit was clean and has everything you could possbily need. The grounds of the Maui Banyon are well maintained and everyone there always courteous. This was our first trip to Maui and would definitely rent this unit again. We were close to the beach and the shops yet we felt we were far from all the crowds. We felt it is definitely one of the best locations on the island. We absolutely recommend this unit!

We had 10 blissful days at your condo. Margaret & Derek have supplied everything needed for a truly relaxing, very comfortable stay. One of the best snorkeling beaches just moments from your door, we spotted eels, turtles, octopus, a spotted ray, and lots of fish. If you wish to cook everything needed is supplied, or going out is merely a stroll down the street to several great eating spots. A couple of our favorites, Cafe Ole' for dinner and Maui tacos for lunch. Shopping is only a couple blocks away. Also for island fresh veggies and fruit be sure to go to the swap meet in kahului on Sat am 7-1 at the city college they also have tons of shopping for Island trinkets. Margaret & Derek's Condo was very clean the hole building complex was very well maintained and one of the quietest we have ever stayed at. They also have THE best parking space in the the lot its a little wider then the rest and very easy to get in and out of. We just want to say THANK YOU !! for making our stay so relaxing. We will most defiantly be booking this condo in the future, hopefully next year if we can swing it. we usually go every other year but are dying to go back already...... ALOAH ! Bob & Rita

We stayed in this beautifull Condo for 5 weeks in early 2010 and really enjoyed it. We felt very comfortable to the point of like being at home. We need to thank and congratulate Margaret and Derek on the work they have done to make their place very welcoming and relaxing. We hope to return many times in the years to come.

We stayed a week in this lovely unit and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is clean, modern and well stocked with everything you could need. We would love to stay here again on subsequent visits. Margaret and Derek were wonderful to deal with.

We stayed here in October 2009 and enjoyed it very much. We felt like we were at home during our stay. All you will need are your groceries. Everything else is in this condo. Very nicely decorated and the ceiling fans kept the place cool at night (a/c can be a little loud in the bedroom). We will definately be back to this luxurious condo.

We reently stayed 15 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it.The unit is immaculate and nicely decorated. The recent upgrades and renos are great. Loads of extras cooler, beach chairs umbrella for beach, and endless kitchen supplies. Nicest unit we've stayed at in the Maui Banyon.We'll definately be back!

We stayed in this great condo for nine nights in January, 2009 and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo is immaculate, very nicely furnished and couldn't be more conveniently located. A reserved parking spot in the covered garage is frosting on the cake! Margaret and Derek were wonderful hosts and this would be my first choice on a return to Maui.

We have stayed at many different units at the Maui Banyan over the years and this one is tops! It is nicely decorated, immaculately maintained, and well-appointed with many more kitchen and living extras than normally found in other units in this nice complex. We will definitely come back to this unit!

Nicest condo I've seen in Maui Banyan. Well furnished and maintained with lots of extras, especially in the kitchen. Can walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. I'll be back!

We stayed here for an entire month and enjoyed every day. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Their recent upgrades and fully appointed kitchen were great. Open sliders and ceiling fans created a comfortable temperature and breeze. The owners recently added a second air conditioning unit to further increase your comfort during particularly warm afternoons.

This is a great unit and we really, really enjoyed our stay. The unit is really luxuriously appointed and decorated and is extremely comfortable with great views. We also loved the fact that there were beach chairs, coolers etc. for the beach. It is really close to lots of activities, shopping and beaches. We really enjoyed ourselves. Fantastic place, fantastic location and an awesome price. We loved your art work so much that if you ever want to get rid of it we can send you our address! Great place to vacation!
