  This second floor property is very nice and has been updated in the last few years. All the amenities you need are provided. It has a balcony off the living area facing southeast onto the beach. You can also see the beach from the bedroom window. I felt very much at home and will use this property again. The owner was very hospitable and responsive in getting back to me initially, and answering any questions I had about the property. Camp Helen State Park is a short walk down the beach past the inlet to the west. It is a beautiful, small nature oasis right on the gulf, which is almost unheard of these days. You will have a wonderful time and enjoy this unit.

  We had a wonderful time at your condo. It was perfect! I can't believe I have never heard about Pinnacle Port in all my years of coming to PCB. We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven.

  We discovered Pinnacle Port a few years ago and it is our primary destination on the beaches of Panama City. Our recent stay in this unit was exceptional. It is well appointed and has the basics for a short stay or to get started on a longer one. The owner was great to work with and the second floor balcony was the perfect place for a book and a view of the water. If you have never stayed at Pinnacle Port you are missing out on one of the best places for a quiet weekend or to take the children for access to open beaches and a great indoor heated pool for the days when swimming in the ocean is out of question. We always love going down to the inlet. The children can swim there and get the feel of the ocean without having to worry about them being swept away by the waves.

  What an amazing time we had! From the very first correspondence to the minute we walked out to head home everything was wonderful. The unit is awesome! Very well appointed and homey feeling. Bed was so comfie and the sleeper was super comfie as well. The view is extraordinary! The sound of the ocean while you eat, sleep or just relax. We definitely would love to return and have already shared the info with family and friends! We loved the fitness center also. Thank you Ms Lillian for sharing your lil piece of Heaven with us!   Had a very relaxing time in your condo, and would recommend to all. We had everything we needed and our kids had a great time. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of PCB busy areas if desired, but we found ourselves enjoying Pinnacle Port and the beach so much that we only went to Pier Park a couple of times, once on a rainy day to catch a movie. Owner was very pleasant and communicated well. Good dining and two grocery stores very close.Will tell all of my friends and family about our experience, and look forward to another visit. Thanks for providing everything needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable.My ten year old became a tennis fan as we brought some rackets that needed some use and he enjoyed the courts with dad. Thanks again for a great accommodation and our memory building experience. We all enjoyed!!!!!!

  We are envious of Ms. Lillian's condo and wanted to just stay on! Her description is exactly what you will get. The condo is comfortable and the view is breathtaking! We loved the private beach which took us seconds to get to. We appreciated having beach chairs and an umbrella for our usage. Our expectations were met and we were not disappointed. Ms. Lillian was accomodating and easy to work with when planning our trip. She ask for an honest review and was receptive to our suggestions. We truly respected her home as our own. We did have the misfortune of one amenity unavailable for 5 days and was corrected while we were there. She has been most gracious in responding to our hopefully constructive review and concerns. We will most certainly recommend this beautiful vacation spot in her home and thank her. Hoping to be blessed to be able to return next year!

  We love the condo an Mrs Weaver was wonderful! The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the condo it self. I don't know if it is typical, but there was alot of maintenance done to the building the week we were there. On day the hot water was shut off then the next the air conditioning. then a couple morning later we woke up and found the hot water was shut off again. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and would definetly reccomend this unit to other guest! Beautiful ocean views and the beach was Beautiful!

  My husand and I rented this unit for a long weekend in March 2012. The owner was very helpful. We found the unit to be clean and well maintained and tastefully decorated. We loved everything about it. Pinnacle Port has the best location at PCB and we would never stay anywhere else. We would definetly recommend this property.

  Mrs. Lillian was very pleasant to rent from! She did everything possible to accommodate our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was nicely decorated and very up to date. Both the balcony and bedroom had a fantastic view of the ocean. Our stay was very relaxing, and we hope to come back soon!
