This one bedroom unit is neat & attractively decorated. Sitting on the balcony is almost like sitting on the beach just below. It is in one of the "midrises" in Pinnacle Port. Premises are well-kept. Visit pinnacleportrentals for ammenities/views of grounds.
The area is relatively quiet and secluded as the complex is adjacent to State owned "Camp Helen". Also w/in a few miles of the baseball park. Favorite walking destination is the natural inlet to Lake Powell which is sometimes open, sometimes not. It is forever changing. Typical guests include families, retirees, & adults of all ages. There is boat access to Lake Powell and a docking pier.
Pinnacle Port is referred to as "our quiet corner of the world". Nearby (on Hwy 30A) are many award-winning restaurants. Down the other way (toward Panama City) are water parks, golf courses, and other opportunities for entertainment. Something for everyone.
New Living room furniture Aug 2011; Bathroom remodeled Oct 2011. Wi-Fi is available in the community room but I plan to add this in spring of 2012.

My parents bought a unit in the late 70's and now me and both sisters own a unit there. We frequently have family get togethers at Pinnacle Port
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy walking to Camp Helen to see if the inslet is open. Also, there are many new restaurants and developments on 30A just across the bridge. Favorite time of day is sunset.

This unit has the main room/sitting room with a balcony on the ocean side AND the bedroom window is also overlooking the ocean. The unit is clean and tidy PLUS the air conditioner worked well in the bedroom which has not been the case in other units. Ms. Lillian is a great lady to rent from! I look forward to another stay!

Great location, very private, ocean view from balcony with easy walk to the beach. Very clean and easy access with second floor location. Condo even had 3 beach chairs and umbrella for use. Owner easy to deal with and would certainly rent from again.

My friend and I stayed at this condo at Pinnacle Port for a week. I've been to PP several times over the years and love the location. It's very private and the beach isn't overcrowded. This is an older property and we could see that the economy has affected the maintenance to some extent. It wasn't bad, however, and we plan to return next year. The owner was wonderful to work with and we will definitely rent from her again. The location is perfect - especially as we are over 50 and not into the nightlife scene. We were close to shopping; it was very easy to get to from the new airport (love it!); and near restaurants. But the best part is the beautiful beach! Everyone we met was delightful.

My mother and I had the greatest time staying in Mrs.Weaver's condo. Everything was as she described and the unit was very clean and well maintained. Pinnacle Port is where I will go from now on. There are not enough words to say how pleased we were in staying there and with the hospitality of Mrs.Weaver.

This is a sweet spot in PCB. We enjoyed the gulf view and the close proximity to the beach (second floor- no waiting for elevators). This resort and building in a great location on the far west end of PCB. A short walk west, to the inlet at the park is a must for families with small children. We also enjoyed two of the pools in the complex. Owners are pleasant and we really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella available in the unit.

This condo is perfect for a small family. You can not get any closer to the beautiful beaches! The second floor balcony overlooks the beach. You are so close, that the bottom floor units open DIRECTLY onto the beach! The owner was VERY friendly and easy to deal with. I highly suggest you book this unit! It is perfect for a great beach vacation!
