This lake level 4 bedroom home is handicap accessible, with 1st floor bedroom(Queen Bed) and the second floor has 3 bedrooms, all with gorgeous lake views. The 1st bedroom on the second floor has 2 single beds, 2nd bedroom has a King bed, and 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.(all bedrooms are air-conditioned)
This house is located on Deep Run Cove, a private road just off East Lake Road, four miles from the north end of the lake (Routes 5 & 20). Deep Run Park, a small public beach with life-guarded swimming, is a short walk down this charming private road.
Just a few short minute's drive is Roseland Waterpark, Finger Lakes Performing Arts Center, Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack, plenty of shopping including Wal-Mart for that last-minute "anything" you forgot to pack, the famous Wegman's Grocery store, and many casual and fine restaurants. Visit the famous Finger Lake wineries and taste a variety of NY wines and NY foods from the newly opened New York Wine & Culinary Center. If you prefer an afternoon of shopping, visit the fantastic bargains at the Waterloo premium Outlet Center or visit the renowned Eastview mall(20 minutes), where you will find many high end stores and of course many more restaurants. We also have great Public Golf Courses within a short drive, so bring your Clubs and enjoy some fantastic golfing and views at Bristol Harbor and Reservoir Creek.
